I have never stayed at a travel lodge before but found this one fabulous. From the lady who helped me to do the booking. To the lady who checked us in. The room itself. Clean. Neat tidy. Had everything we needed. It was quiet. Easy parking. Loved that the desk was manned all night. Several different eateries nearby to suit all families. Brilliant early check in worked well. Marvellous would definitely stay again. Hope all the travel lodges have such helpful and well organised staff. Speacial shout outs to meena and Debbie. Xxxx Thanks

Fully refurbished to an exceptional standard this village pub has an exceptional restaurant that serves lunches and evening meals. We have five bedrooms all decorated in a modern and fresh style. Hospitality is our focus here and every member of staff will go out of their way to make your stay wonderful
A friend and I stayed at The Vernon last night. The rooms were spotless and the breakfast was excellent. We didn't stay for long but the member of staff who made the biggest impression was the very friendly, helpful lady organising breakfasts. She provided a great customer experience. Plus she wore a facemark ~ the only member of staff to do so and it felt safer. Thank you!
