Reviewed By Daffodil42Room was average, but clean. There was no light on one side of the bed, which was odd. Made it hard to read. Very thin sheets on the bed. Seemed old. The sheets were not crisp feeling like usual. Breakfast was normal and clean. The exercise room garbage can looked like it had not been emptied in several days. It was completely full. The 10 lb. weights were missing, and one elliptical was not working, and there was no sign.

Reviewed By 546mjuThe woman in checkin is unprofessional and rude. It was an unpleasant to have such a receptionist in an expensive hotel. I do not recommend this facility for me again. The breakfast was average quality.

I always the clean our hotel room before and after and I didn't have to do very much. The only thing that was not great about this visit was there were people drinking smoking cigarettes and weed. It was right in front of the hotel but they had a police officer to make sure that none of that went after 12 am. My husband and I & my daughter and her husband stayed at the same time. So four people who are very picky, enjoyed our stay very much

Comfortable beds, large room. There is a restaurant attached which was very convenient. Highly recommend! One of our best stays ever.

Reviewed By AllenFeinOne Bad Night after an excellent dozen The location and cleanliness and safety are all tops. Lots of local delicious restaurants. Dog friendly. This last stay was ruined by a non operating TV that despite a replacement remote, would not change from the initial screen, which glared into our otherwise excellent room, all night, repeatedly interrupting our sleep. It was too late to change rooms. We were quite upset that the last cleaning staff failed to note that the TV was on and that they should had the problem addressed before room was rented out! It obviously did not help us when reception told us that their engineer would fix the TV the next day, after we were long gone.

Good place to stay
Reviewed By susanoliver2022I attended an annual conference at this Embassy Suites. The staff was friendly and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing I wished they had was an onsite restaurant. There was a breakfast buffet and an evening cocktail provided.

Needs an update, but I would stay there again!

The hotel could use an update, eg: room key is a card that has to be inserted, not available to unlock door with an app. The hotel is what I call 80% clean. The upper 10% and the lower 10% could use a good old fashion cleaning. The treadmill in the exercise room has a layer of dust on the bottom part. The carpets could use a shampooing or replacement. I chose this hotel because of the location and the overall price. I would stay again based on price and location. The entire staff was wonderful. The breakfast was exceptional and the pancake machine was a great alternative to the standard waffle maker. Both breakfast attendants (week & weekend) were very attentive. Overall I would give 3.8 out of 5 stars.
