Looks to be a family owned and run business. Some desk people very good. Some desk people spend too much time on their phones. Management needs to walk the building inside and out to notice what their guests are seeing (leaky roof, wires in hallway, tape by doors so homeless can sneak in) I noticed so they can also.

We just spent 3 nights in Denver at the Grand Hyatt on Welton St. The hotel was clean, quiet, and the staff was friendly and extremely helpful. We had a high level room with a city view. The location was great - we walked everywhere we wanted to visit, but there was also easily accessible public transportation had we needed it. Dining at the hotel was limited, but there were numerous restaurants on 16th St. which was just two blocks away. If I ever travel to Denver again, this hotel will be at the top of my list.

Stayed here with my brother to attend a Rockies game, and appreciated the Hotel's classic beauty, and convenient location, just a short walk from Union Station. The staff, and I mean EVERYONE we encountered everywhere in the Hotel, were very helpful and accommodated our every request. A health issue forced us to stay an extra night, and though the hotel was full, they helped us through this issue. I can't give the Oxford six Stars, but I would if I could. This Hotel is a perfect jewel in the heart of LODO.

Stay. Meet. Socialize. Halcyon is an independent hotel in the heart of the Cherry Creek shopping district - just outside of downtown Denver and within eyeshot of the Rocky Mountains. Halcyon's name, inspired by a mythical bird fabled to calm seas, shares characteristics with Kingfisher Bird both representing happiness, carefreeness, and peaceful tranquillity.
Just returned from a mother daughter trip to the Denver area where we spent 4 days at Halcyon. We would absolutely return for another trip because we loved the staff, the amenities offered by the hotel and the location. Cherry Creek is upscale and very safe and easy to navigate. Dave Reiss, a front desk employee, was exceedingly friendly and helpful whether we needed directions, a restaurant or tour recommendation or information about the Denver area. Cudos to Halcyon not only for their amazing staff who all appear to genuinely love working at the hotel but for all of the nice touches like water stations on every floor with bottles provided, the complimentary muffins and scones in the morning and daily happy hour. The bathrooms are stocked with full size shampoo/conditioner, body wash and thick robes and towels! There is a Gear garage to borrow bikes, cameras and games, and free transportation within a 3-mile radius in the hotel's range rover, just to name a few more perks! They have thought of everything!

This hotel is in a great spot. You are literally one block from the 16th street mall. The rooms are clean. The housekeeping staff do an amazing job. The beds are comfortable. We did have an issue with a shower head not working at all, and we were moved to a new room. I asked and front desk discounted our rate for the night since we had to pack everything back up. My one and only complaint is that I asked for a late check out, because our flight was not until late the next afternoon. I was quickly told no that was not an option. Now part of that could be my fault because I did not ask earlier in the trip. Also, the valet staff are so kind and they truly do hustle all day long.

Boasting an ideal location that connects Denver's vibrant downtown area with all the charm and attractions of the local Uptown Neighborhood, Warwick Denver offers a true urban refuge in the Mile High City. The Warwick Denver was originally built as the Governer's Court, and is still remembered by many for the Playboy Club, the first and only one in Colorado. This luxury downtown hotel features private balconies and oversized guest rooms and suites designed elegantly to reflect the outdoor spirit of the Rockies. The exclusive rooftop heated pool and bar offer captivating year round panoramic views of the Denver skyline and snowcapped Rocky Mountains.
Stayed for 11nights . Had to book on the day of arrival and asked if room could he available that morning instead of usual check in time No problem at all . Check in staff very pleasant and accommodating as was valet parking . The roof top pool was a bonus but this could def do with some updating as the tiles around the pool were uneven and loose and also mosaics in pool broken We had 2 rooms and the carpet in one was badly stained . The hotel does accept pets which I hadn’t realised so not sure how thou roughly they are cleaned after animals have stayed ! Would however use this hotel again

Catbird is an independent hotel in Denver’s RiNo neighborhood that blurs the line between hotel and home. It's a welcoming space designed to be every bit as intriguing as its home in the city’s hippest area. Not just a base camp from which to go out and see cool stuff, but one of the very places you look forward to seeing. Put yourself in the heart of the city's vibrant creative center and experience all the feelings that travel should inspire.
So far I love the Catbird Hotel here in Denver VERY high tech. BUT, I am a low tech kind of a guy and was having more than my share of grief when Brian H. of the valet parking service went out of his way to help Thanks to Brian, and the rest of the staff at Catbird our trip was just made much more enjoyable 5 stars on this place and especially the people.

As CO residents, our "staycation" at the Crawford Hotel was wonderful. We were well taken care of by the entire staff. The amenities provided rounded out the stay perfectly with coffee in the morning and ice cream in the afternoon. We took advantage of the complementary ride to our event and loved all the activities available within walking distance. The local community is vibrant and fun. We never gave a second thought to our safety and security as The Crawford Hotel has seamlessly integrated hospitality into an eclectic urban environment. Well done and we look forward to our next visit.

We're just steps from the Colorado Convention Center and Denver Pavilions. Due to COVID-19, some hotel facilities or services may not be available to guests for a period of time.
Hot water was scalding. Cold water came out hot. Low water pressure. Stains on bedspread. Elevators not working at times. Understaffed. Breakfast was good but crowded. Very convenient to convention center.

This Hotel is stunning. Artwork is unique. The restaurant is fab with awesome bartenders to provide some dinner conversation to a lone diner. Their star asset comes with the name of John Cericola at the front desk. It's rare to find such a caring, helpful, and informative young man so eager to make your stay memorable despite unusual circumstances. Thank you so much, John. I am sure you have touched far more lives than one in your years here on earth. We need more kindness these days. Dr. TJ ?✨
