Kids especially loved torch lighting with Orisi who took his time to make sure they got a chance to light one.

We stayed at the Waitui Beach Club which is the adults only section. Included breakfast was fresh healthy and so good. I did manage to convince myself that coconut pancakes were healthy! Several restaurants were available and all were great. But the staff are really the winning factor. So friendly and obliging. Nothing was a problem. Special mention to Ringi and Suli. Two beautiful people in a group of beautiful people. Also a special thank you to the staff at the Fiji Airways booth in the main building. Negotiating the Australian Border Force requirements was certainly testing for them.

Reviewed By amyh4747474Had a great stay, the rooms and the grounds were very clean. The buffet breakfast had a good variety of food. My only complaint would be I wish the bula express ran more frequently. But I’m their defence I believe they were down 2 buses. The staff were so friendly and happy to help anyway they could. Vinaka

Visitors should know the hotel only accepts credit cards but taxis are cash only so if travelling independently you need at least Fj$ 20 to travel from the airport to the Sheraton but when returning local taxis only can be used and these cost Fj$45.

Reviewed By PurposeTravellerThe Palms is definately a place to visit...great amenities and facility and helpful staff. The menu options from Cafe O is great also but some things are still pricey. We had some noisy party makers...so that didnt help. While the apartment is cool and a walking distance to the main Port of Denarau...try and avoid the rooms next to the pool...as the noise from down there can be a disturbance if you're here for some R n R. Would i return..sure...love the property and its ease of convenience...
