Hotel Noble Stay offers six types of 51 rooms and a variety of fresh and diverse breakfast services to provide guests with a wide range of satisfaction and comfort. From rooms with stylers for business customers to standard for frugal travelers, double and triple rooms for family travelers, we offer the best service with a comfortable rest and beautiful memory.
A great hotel with clean, spacious rooms and full amenities: a modern interior design, two big-screen TVs, two ACs, a small refrigerator, free WiFi, cozy couches with coffee table, comfy beds with Italian premium brand, ellezza, natural latex mattresses, and clean linens, and a splendid breakfast. I was quite surprised by the size of the bathroom, which included a big bathtub, a shower booth, and a toilet. Tip: try to book the side rooms as the bathroom size varies according to the room :) Also, every room has a hand sanitizing gel, which contains 65% ethanol. I liked that the administration is very cautious during the pandemic since we were required to use plastic gloves for a buffet type breakfast.

Rivertain Hotel is an excellent choice for travelers visiting Daegu, offering a family-friendly environment alongside many helpful amenities designed to enhance your stay. Free wifi is offered to guests, and rooms at Rivertain Hotel offer a refrigerator, air conditioning, and a seating area. Guests of Rivertain Hotel are also welcome to enjoy an on-site restaurant. For travelers arriving by car, free parking is available. Nearby landmarks such as Daegu Chungsonyon Munhwauijip (0.6 mi) and Cheongna Hill (0.7 mi) make Rivertain Hotel a great place to stay when visiting Daegu. If you are looking for a good Asian restaurant, you may want to check out Hi Thai, Balaji Restaurant, or Jungang Tteokbokki while staying at Rivertain Hotel. There is no shortage of things to do in the area: explore popular art museums such as Museum of Natural Dye Arts. Enjoy your stay in Daegu!
Rivertain hotel is located only a few hundred meters from the walking street area. They call it a business hotel. It is not a small family run place, it is a huge hotel with lots of rooms. While it is a nice place, there are severe shortcomings. First of all, despite being a business hotel in the third biggest city of Korea, actually nobody at the frontdesk can speak or understand English on a basic level. Communication is really hard, need translation software for everything. Despite being a business hotel, no business facilities are offered. Also, there is almost no English TV channel, no CNN, almost no other western channels besides CNBC and the rubbish Chinese "CGTN English" government propaganda channel. The other problem is how they handle the laundry. Initially you might believe the hotel offers a laundry service. You pack the bag and carry it down to the front desk. They'll inform you that it will take unbelievable 3 days to get it back!!! Then a pickup driver comes and brings it away to a laundry company. About 3 days later they start calling your room to come down, the delivery guy waits with your laundry to get paid! Being a business hotel they should actually know that people are not sitting on their rooms but are usually out for work...They ask you to leave your credit card at the front desk so that they can use it to pay your m laundry bill to the delivery guy! Cannot put that ridiculously small bill on the room?? Complicated and inconverient for hotel guests. Finally I could convince them, I only can come in the evening to pay. How on earth is that a business hotel, when everything is dealt with in such unprofessional ways? Next thing is the breakfast. Every day same. Limited choices. If you stay multiple weeks, you will start hating it. A bathroom scale is not available, not just on your VIP room not, but the entire f*ckn hotel has not a single one, can't even borrow for a minute! Come on what is that?? Samsung high tech cloth drying machine but no scale? Luckily the hotel has highlights too. The VIP room has a really large balcony with furniture to sit outside. Very nice! The room size it not huge but not small too. The bathroom has a huge whirlpool bath tub good for 2 people, the toilet is automated. What I particularly like is that there are two doors, the entrance door to your room and behind it there is a second door, so you don't feel exposed even if staff would enter. There is also the mentioned cloths drying machine, a nice to have. All in all it is a good place with avoidable shortcomings caused by thoughtlessness and severe lack of professionality just in any aspect. Let professionals take care of the hotel management and the hotel will improve tremendously

Daegu is an interior basin city known as Korea's third capital and the capital of Korea's Southeast region. It's adjacent to Palgongsan Mountain and Apsan Mountain, as well as the Nakdonggang River flows peacefully through. Hotel Suseong can be found resting on the slopes of Beobisan Mountain in Suseong District of Southeast Daegu, an area sometimes regarded as the Gangnam of Daegu. A palace situated among a heavy forest with a clear view of Suseong Lake and Daegu. It is the place also referred to as "the blue house" and "the Alps of Daegu", where late President Park Jeong-Hee led the nation from the ashes of war and into a long-term national policy, and also the place where the history of Korean hotels began during the era of poverty in Korea. The old Daegu Suseong Tourist Hotel possessed a brilliance and brightness that was even more than Sheraton Grande Walkerhill of Seoul, becoming the first in its class in 1963 and has since been reborn with a new name of Hotel Suseong beginning from July 1st, 2012, after its storied 50-year history. The hotel, which had long been abandoned, has brought great changes that are comparable to any of Seoul's luxury hotels. Hotel Suseong, with a passionate fire in its heart and spirit dynamically spreading its wings from the silent land ; Hotel Suseong, combining tradition with modern sensibilities, showing the grandeur of the Alps and the captivating appearance like the Salzburg; Hotel Suseong leading the generation of all-inclusive hotel facilities , with culture, art, performances, ceremonies, food, education, and accommodation; Hotel Suseong, incomparable with numerous other hotels surrounded by different pollutants of the city ; it is a resting place and haven in the middle of the city with various complex and dynamic stories. Hotel Suseong will become the great stage for the coexistence of nature and humanity. We will develop it into the place of promises and meet-ups for global citizens on its sprawling 450,000-sq.ft space. We will fill it with humanity and make it an origin of fun lifestyles. We will reclaim the reputation of being Korea's best hotel, which ushered in a Renaissance era for hotels, over half a century ago. We will listen and carefully reflect on the feedback and advice of our guests. Lastly, we will put forward our very best and continued efforts to treat each and every guest as a VIP with differentiated and high-end products and services.
The Hotel Susung is located atop an interesting part of Daegu with lots of great bars and restaurants and with a small lake to walk around, as well as the less well-known Uluru Square. The hotel is large and friendly and the staff are helpful. The rooms are good, and have a layout with the spa by the window. The rooftop infinity pool is superb and was nice and quiet when we were there. The view from the pool and rooms is superb. It is only a short stroll to some great eateries. It is rare in Korea to have such a fabulous range of eateries so close. The Chinese restaurant beside the hotel was pricey, but delicious. We also had some beers and a game of pool at a large and attractive bar further down. I wish Seoul was so nice! The area is good, and hence is popular, so expect a lot of people and flash cars. The road to the hotel has some boom gates that read your plate, but there was no charge. Be warned that when you drive right up to the hotel there seems to be no parking, but you'll notice two entrances to parking areas on the left just before the hotel and there is stacks of parking. Breakfast was the usual buffet, but was good and less hectic than dreadful places like Ramadas. I highly recommend the Susong for foreigners visiting Daegu. You can even walk to the nearby metro monorail.

The Grand hotel is located a bit out of the center. For westerners very difficult to find restaurants. Most around the hotel are small and Korean style, no real western food, no English menu and not even pictures to can choose from. I ended up having to use McDonald's food delivery via Korean McDo app. Almost every dinner McDo is not an option, bad taste, arrives cold and only after long waiting times and sometimes arrives never...There is clearly no western infrastucture around the hotel. The hotel itsellf is a 12floor building with many rooms. It also has a restaurant on 3F but it was closed! On the ground floor is a Starbucks with Korean tasting western food, means everything is sugar coated even the Mexican chicken burrito... The front desk personnel is kind and helpful, their English is good, no communication issues at all. There is no executive lounge. The executive room was not too small. There was a desk and n old style chair too. The bed large and comfortable, bed linen clean and not cleaned with aggressive chemicals, my skin wasn't itchy like in some other places. The room 1288 was not in a bad over all condition but looked outdated, old hotel, old rooms. In need of some upgrade and facelift maybe also including a new carpet. What I didn't like is the poor cleaning: I left some small packaging garbage on the floor of the bathroom, where it did not get picked up. The carpet is old and in need of a deep cleaning. If you walk out from the bathroom with slightly wet feet, you will have many long black hairs on yout feet, disgusting. Also corners and other not so exposed areas don't see much cleaning. Especially at corona times, I would very much wish to have more serious cleaning. Next to the bed was no any power outlet, really bad if you want to have your phone near to you while charging it over night. I don't understand this, it is a total "no go" for me not to be able to find any sockets at the bed !!! Huge flat tv with very very few foreign channels, CNN and BBC and Bloomberg are available, otherwise some Chinese and Japenese. Not a lot of choices for Non-Koreans. The laundry charges are far to high. The breakfast mostly Korean style or what Koreans believe to be western. Disappointing to have not enough choices, every day the same food. Long stayer, be warned, after a few days you will wish to have some changes... So all in all, this hotel is somewhere between 3 and 4 stars. The hotel was not a bad place for a short stay with kind staff, but nobody "strives or goes out if his way to deliver a remarkable experience". A good hotel clearly needs to do better than that. I might come back, also due to the fact, that at this moment, when Novotel is closed, there are not many good hotels in Daegu. What they need is some upscale international hotels to have more competition! I heard, Marriott is almost finished and will soon open...

This is the largest Primium Guest house "Casual House SONO" We located in Daegu Banwoldang so it's very comfortable when you use pubilc transportation. (Bus, Subway line 1,2,3 - Within 5min by foot) Also we have parking lot. We are much better than other guest houses facilities ( All rooms include bathroom, business rooms, Break room, residence room, Shared kitchen, Pub&Cafe), and we offer the bes
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Casual House Sono. I had a spacious private en-suite room on the 3rd floor, which was pretty basic but had everything I needed for my short stay in Daegu. Toiletries were provided and replenished when I asked for more. The staff were very welcoming, and considering I don’t speak any Korean we were able to communicate effectively. The hotel is a good 8 minutes walk from both Myeongdeok & Banwoldang metro stations, and I’d probably say around 20 minutes (depending on how fast you walk) to the main shopping/eating hub of Daegu. I did not use the laundry facilities here, but my friend did, and she had no complaints. Considering this hotel is also a hostel, it is incredibly quiet and I was not disturbed by any noise. If you’re looking for decent accommodation which is good value for money, then I would highly recommend that you stay here.

If you’re looking for a budget friendly hotel in Daegu, look no further than Ariana Hotel. Kim Gwangseok Memorial Street (2.1 mi), located nearby, makes Ariana Hotel a great place to stay for those interested in visiting this popular Daegu landmark. Ariana Hotel offers guests an array of room amenities including air conditioning, and getting online is possible, as free wifi is available. The hotel offers room service, to make your visit even more pleasant. The property also features an on-site restaurant. Daegu has plenty of cafes. So when you’re here, be sure to check out popular spots like Pan, Starbucks Suseong Lake, and Starbucks Suseong Leaders, which are serving up some great dishes. Hotel Ariana is definitely not for non-Korean tourists. For that matter, I wouldn’t recommend it for Koreans either. Beds were rock hard. Every request was met with “no”. No extra pillows (only 2 small pillows provided were very thin). No iron. No extra shampoo (only really little packet). Extra room card costs 10,000 won (they only give you one so which is require to turn on the lights so if one person wants to leave they won’t have a room card). Breakfast was terrible, both western and Korean versions. Very thin walls (we got to listen to the noisy neighbor all night long). Etc etc. I definitely would not stay there again. I guess the only thing good I can say is the front desk people were very polite as they told us no to every simple request.

It was a most delightful stay at a love hotel! This is possibly the best love hotel (or even motel/hotel) I've stayed at. Spacious room with a really comfortable bed, I had the best sleep away from home, and free snacks on the 2nd floor. The staff were courteous and had good English. The location is right next to Daegu metro, as well as a bus ,401, that will get you there straight from the airport. Lots of restaurants nearby and if the Korean menus' aren't your thing, there's a 7-11 just up the road.

The hotel is immaculate and very nicely designed! We stayed in the 'Abbey Road by The Beatles'' room which is amazing! Breakfast was ok - a minimum amount is prepared. We were a group of 5, and there was enough for perhaps 3. We did ask for more eggs (all hard-boiled) and more toast, but didn't get it. There is a metro station directly in front of the property which is very convenient! Overall, the stay was comfortable and good, however, the only thing that annoyed me (and the rest of the group) was reception. Oddly, the reception is behind a tiny steel grid which makes you feel like you're trying to communicate with a bank clerk - very impersonal and uninviting. Furthermore, all staff in the hotel, especially the receptionist, speak ZERO English which is quite frustrating. In this day and age, all international hotels ought to have someone who can communicate in English. Recommended for cool rooms, design and location, but not for service.
