The rooms were impeccably clean; the mattresses very comfortable, the bedding soft and cozy. The breakfast was tasty. And the service?! WONDERFUL! From the manager Dee, to her front desk help Jordan and Destiny, to the service people we met in the hall, everyone was helpful, outgoing, and kind. Great experience!

Absolutely TERRIBLE
Reviewed By 27edyFranchise Location that doesn't obeyed by Ramada reservation guidelines. After making reservation at Ramada Corp website , our plans changed and needed to cancel . The Ramada cancellation policy on my reservation indicated cancel by 6 pm on day of stay. Contacted the Hotel before 3pm day of stay, Kuldip Patel (KT) franchise owner indicated that I would be charged for day of stay. He didn't care about Ramada cancellation policy , I said I had the reservation in writing , his response was I didn't make the reservation with Ramada. I called Ramada corp to cancel the reservations whom indicated that I wouldn't be charged, This A*hole KT still charged my credit card for the stay. I called Ramada who told me to contact the hotel to get my REFUND, unbelievable. I had to set up a case with corporate , now waiting to get my $453 back. BEWARE, just because name on Hotel says Ramada, the place is a POS.

Very satisfied with my stay
Reviewed By David KRoom was clean, modern and updated. They had decent shampoo and other toiletries. Bed was comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. While you are here, grab a meal at Puccini’s down the block. I really enjoyed my stay here and highly recommend it. The breakfast was also decent. Good value, great room. Overall very satisfied.

I love this hotel
Reviewed By lindsayw739I have family in Cumberland (with many pets - and I have allergies) and have stayed in several hotels. This is the best. It is roomy and - note to bicyclists - conveniently located right next to the Allegheny Gap/C&O Canal Trail (which is why I first stayed at the hotel - riding the whole trail in 2019). The rooms are spacious and clean, bathroom is fine, the breakfast offered is complete (includes well-made oatmeal and all the other usual foods) and the breakfast room is large. For those bicyclists, there is a washer and dryer. You can walk right under the roadways to the train station, downtown, restaurants, etc. You can stroll on the trail as a pedestrian. If you want to watch your own Netflix, Prime and other accounts, you can sign in (though be sure to sign out - I don't know if the hotel automatically does that). All in all, my favorite place to stay in the Cumberland area.

It looked good on paper. But quite disappointing.
Reviewed By Stay50012655740Our room was clean and comfortable and check in was easy since David texted us with info ahead of time. But the first thing that greeted us was a really dirty, gross carpet in the common room, a total turn off! Ugh! That’s not a great way to garner a favorable first impression with your guests. We were reluctant to use the coffee and tea station in the common room because of the soiled carpet.
