This was such a great location, walked to every major sight. Staff was amazing, all of them could not have been more helpful from front desk to restaurant staff. they need to train every hotel staff. Room was fantastic---very large and bathroom had best water pressure plus lots of room. Everything so clean. The staff always took plenty of time to help you with things on a map, get a taxi, etc. Breakfast were excellent and reasonably priced. Very quiet in room.

We booked a one night stay , but decided to stay longer. In order to accommodate our request Blaise managed to provide us with an upgraded room at no additional cost ! The room was perfect in every way! Our stay was warm and welcoming from all staff. We would recommend this hotel not only for its convenience to Grafton street, and shopping but more importantly for the actual hotel experience... which was superb ! If you are planning a trip to Dublin , plan on staying at Mespil! You will not be disappointed !

Retreat to one of our 145 luxurious rooms, unwind with a stroll through the Iveagh Gardens, enjoy delicious casual dining, crafty cocktails and the freshest local ingredients in Elle’s Bar & Bistro
We stayed one night, the room was perfect, the windows had a second layer that could be pulled down and it acted to sound proof the room so that despite the nightclub across the road, we slept soundly. Also there was air con. Staff were warm and friendly. We ate dinner in the outdoor seating area and the food was very good as were the cocktails. Breakfast was also excellent.

Nice building and good location. That's about all there is that's good to say. Rude reception staff. Failed to comprehend that a twin room means a twin room. Not a double bed with an extra camp bed that was brought in at 2am. The camp bed itself was broken and I slept on the floor. Night reception guy seemed to think this was funny. £200 a night we won't be getting back. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Stayed 3 nights. Location is perfect...tucked away but close to center of town, restaurants & attractions. Rooms are smart and well appointed. Service will be 3 stars. Especially house keeping. Even basic essentials like bath mats, towels, toileteries etc are not replaced or kept in the room. You keep having to remind them to replace sugar / milk etc. Else had no complaints. Breakfast was good. Would say it seemed like a smart no frills hotel but does not justify the price you pay.

Stayed for 3 nights over the Jubilee Weekend. We were in room 328 which looked out onto the road, we were luck and didn't experience any late night noise. Room was very clean and all you needed, good shower. Great location with everything in walking distance. Breakfast was good for what they offer. Would stay again.

I have a loved one staying in the hotel and wanted to arrange something special, all the way from South Africa. I managed to get in touch with Rebecca , the reservations agent who helped arrange everything for me through email. She truly is such a helpful and friendly agent. Thank you once again Rebecca!!

I cannot put into words how fantastic our Afternoon Tea experience was today at The Westbury! It was phenomenal from start to finish, we felt like royalty. It was honestly the best afternoon tea I have ever encountered, a thoroughly enjoyable 5* occasion. Thank you to all the incredible staff who made the day special for us, and especially to Giulia, she could not have done more to make us feel welcome!

Beautiful hotel, great room, convenient to great sightseeing. Food was mediocre, especially breakfast. Nothing tasted fresh, eggs tasted powdered, everything bland except the excellent honey. Didn’t want to risk dinner, but tried dessert and service was terribly slow and confused. Several chair springs were in bad condition. Front desk and doorman friendly and helpful.

Without even knowing we got a upgrade! Loved our stay ! For two of us we got a five bedroom with a jacuzzi bath. Staff friendly and polite. There renovating, looks nice and modern. I would stay again if I had a next day flight. Wifi wasn't great but we were in the top corner of the building.
