Looks like newly opened hotel just a few steps from the national highway going to Koronadal center. Beautiful budget hotel, with good beds and peaceful environment. Walk up to 3rd floor, they have nice lounge and dining area. Needs to upgrade on room basic amenities to complete expectations of guest. For your needs, convenience store about a kilometer away.

budget hotel, but with very decent location near to KCC , friendly staff, room is just worth the price, our second time to stay here, just one week ago. The room given to us was perfectly what me and my husband need. price is P600. I would like to recommend this to all travellers who are looking for a place to stay in Koronadal City with just a reasonable price to grab.

Wow what can I say, what a lovely place. It is classed as a Bed and Breakfast, but is at the top end of the range for me. Really good value for money and the staff are excellent and will go above and beyond the call of Duty for you. Lovely little cosy bar next to reception serving all sorts of drinks, (Cocktails, wines, hard liquor etc) and coffees and soft drinks. They also serve a range of food, including Italian style as the owner is a Filipino who lived in Italy for many years. My room had a balcony with views to over the rooftops to the mountains beyond and I spent many an hour watching the world go by. Located only a short Tricycle ride from the main parts of Koronadal makes it ideal for visiting. If I come back to the Philippines I will definitely make this place my home from home again.

Very naturally beautiful resort throughout, well designed, only downside I found was the sheer amount of insects and wildlife that found their way into our room. We had quite a lot of ants at one point in our room but reception were very quick to help clear them. Views from the balcony and pool more than made up for this though. Dinner served on your own balcony is a lovely experience also. Thank you too all the staff for such a nice stay.

Overall this was our best hotel experience in Koronadal so far. The other hotels I can compare them to are the FB Hotel and the newer 88 Hotel. I first was put off by the reviews. However it's much better than the FB hotel suite we stayed in before while being far less expensive. We were staying in one of the rooms of their best 2-guest-category ("Executive Matrimonial Room"). And opposed to the FB Hotel here the extra money for the "luxury" style room seemed well spent. The 88 Hotel is a budget hotel which is not at the same level (very small rooms etc.) but is available on a budget. If you're on holiday and can afford the extra costs I'd recommend the Paraiso Verde hotel over the 88 for sure while the 88 sometimes has some super low fees and surely is worth it if it's got to be cheap. Surely it's funny that you have to go through a gasoline station in order to enter the hotel. That's how it is. Regarding the restaurants you need local knowledge. However the Viajera Dine and Cafe (which is my favourite restaurant in Koronadal) is just 1,5 km away. The Cinco Niñas restaurant just on the other side of the gasoline station near the Paraiso Verde also is OK. I didn't check the waves pool but at the time we were visiting, the water in the normal pool was quite OK (and way cleaner than in the pool of the FB hotel). If I would stay in Koronadal again I'd most definitely book the Paraiso Verde.

Located on the main street in town. The staff were friendly and cheerful. It was four flights of stairs up to my room on the 3rd floor. It appeared most rooms are set back from the main road so noise was minimal. My room was a decent size, comfortable bedding and good cable TV. But sadly, no wardrobe or shelving to place clothes. I had to live out of my suitcase so to speak. Given my other accommodations on this trip this was not unusual. The fridge did have various drinks and some snack foods. During daytime there is no potential threat to a foreigner walking around in crowded areas but at night time I was advised to take a trike rather than walk anywhere, which is what I did. Martial Law 10pm to 4am. I was here for two days and never saw another foreigner. Overall, from my research, this hotel is probably the pick of what is available. Being in a small town out in the countryside I wasn't expecting too much but I was pleasantly surprised.
