Great location in Cooma, nice bedroom, under cover parking for cars and motorbikes which is very important in Cooma. Close to the RSL club. We will certainly be back. Staff were very friendly and the cost of the rooms was very reasonable and the rooms were heated

One of the worst places I've stayed in, in my life. If I'd paid $50 for the room, then I'd understand the owners paranoia and the total lack of supplies. I was made to feel like a criminal before I'd even seen my room, by signing document promising not to cook food in the room. We got there late just as the owner was closing up. Inside the room there were other warnings and when I read the second one I was fuming. We had been travelling all day, just wanted dinner, a shower and go to bed. There was no microwave, no cutlery, no crockery or plates. There was no supplied water OR milk, so we couldn't even have a cup of tea. We had to go and buy milk, water, cutlery and plates so we could make and eat our sandwiches and have a cup of tea. That drama over, we wanted showers. There was NO soap, or handwash - just shaving cream in the supplied dispensers. Worst of all THERE WERE NO TOWELS! There was a small embroidered hand-towel and no towels and two of us wanting showers. There was a warning notice not to steal the towels - what towels? There was no phone nor any contact details for anyone, so I went to reception which was shut up tight. We had to go without and I was very angry about it and did not sleep very well. I was angry that we were expected to starve, not have showers - or else shower with shaving cream and dry ourselves each with the same hand-towel? I marched up to reception at 9am waited and rang the bell - but nobody came. I left a big note in the room not to charge my credit card for two towels - there were MNO TOWELS! What a ripoff, I want a refund!

Visitor Information centre recommended the Kinross Inn and what a good choice that was. Our host was very kind and offered us a family room for the price of a queen. Beautiful room with everything we required. Thank you so much. Very clean and not too far from the RSL.

We were a little sceptical with the no-contact approach. However, the sms messages worked brilliantly and everything was smooth. Nice room with nice renovations made this a very pleasant stay. Parking close by, nice shallow steps to upstairs room (that does help!), minor noise with a few trucks but this is the Main Street

Service was 5 star!! Room was exactly what we needed, was clean and neat. We had 4 children under 2 so the washing machine and dryer in the apartment was very appreciated. Food was next level - so good after a long day of driving. Will definitely be our place of choice to stay whenever we travel through Cooma.

I chose to stay at iMotel because Tripadvisor reviewers had universally given it a 5-star rating and because it was $20 to $25 per night cheaper than other motels in Cooma. I'd been warned by Tripadvisor reviewers I would have to climb stairs and that spoken English was not a strength of the couple who run the motel. Both warnings were correct. I've given it a 5-star rating too. O.K., the room is small, it is dated and still in need of some renovation (the ensuite's ceiling has peeling paint, for example), it is basic, it is upstairs, the managers don't have the greatest English conversational skills...but...it was clean, it was quiet, it was comfortable (basically comfortable that is - this is not a 5-star luxury hotel!!), the bed was comfortable and had 2 sheets (not just one sheet and a doona cover - things like that are important in my opinion), I could open a window (also important to me), the tea/coffee and bathroom supplies were excellent, it's right in the centre of town (so close to pubs, restaurants, etc, which many of the other motels in Cooma are not), and the managers were extremely helpful (I'd actually booked for the wrong date - no problem, everything is OK!)...and I saved at least $20. I decided that, if I have to stay in Cooma again, I'd happily stay at iMotel again - so it deserves my 5 stars.

This pub is a jewel, from the accommodation to the meals, everything is better than you could hope for. The staff are great, the bar friendly and the atmosphere is friendly. I wouldn’t even bother staying anywhere else when visiting Cooma. Well done guys.

Used soap in the shower!! The shower was filthy. Unfortunately we did not check until the morning when about to shower. You will need to stand on a towel inside the shower if you are to use it. The cold tap handle came off. Restaurant is closed. Bar looks like it hasn't been cleaned since locdown started. The pool tables and lounge area look so dusty and untidy you just would not want to spend time there. New fridge but the door gets stuck on the carpet when you open it.

Cromwell House is a gorgeous Bed & Breakfast hotel located in the centre of Cooma, that 'offers so much more.' Guests enjoy the run of the house and gardens during their stay, including the winter lounge with roaring log fire, casual living room, and formal dining room. As well as enjoying a full breakfast, afternoon tea is freshly baked and offered to guests each day, and served in the garden, verandah or under the vine covered deck.
Everything was ready to make you feel like you have escaped to the countryside for good. A beautiful experience with gorgeous views, bush walks not far away, town centre walking distance. Facilities were fantastic with a great shower, delightful bed, beautifully decorated and all the little extras you can imagine to make your stay feel effortless and at home. Being able to use the tennis court was extra special. My partner won 3 out of 6 games which is obviously attributed to the magic of this place (seeing as that has never happened before). All in all highly recommend this beautiful accomodation. Thank you for everything and will definitely be back
