Was uncertain about booking a hotel near a train station but the location was very convenient, felt safe, and was walking distance to museums, parks, many great restaurants and cafes, and, obviously public transportation. Very helpful and friendly staff at reception. Well appointed and very comfortable rooms that were a good size for a European hotel. Modern decor and design and every amenity we could need. My family and I remarked that we would book this hotel again in future visits to Madrid.

Reviewed By E194CIkimsFor the cost of this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised at just how great it was. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the rooms were great, they were cleaned daily with fresh linen and fresh towels. The hotel was central to the busy area of Sol, with a metro in walking distance, as well as several amazing places all in walking distance. Random, but the hotel always smelt amazing too! I would definitely stay here again.

Therefore, this hotel is not at great value. Also, theft is common in this hotel with any staffs being able to access to ur hotel room. Lastly, the renovation is running old, need to repaint and replace wear-out furniture, and beddings, bathroom also needs to be renovated.

Lovely room service not great service

Good things over...shuttle is nightmare, u ring and ring, noone answers and then u don't know when and if shuttle arriving, would be better to give a schedule. Lack of info in hotel in terms of restaurant and pool opening times or services available ..used to have channels on TV for this if no in room info but nothing. Bathroom large but lighting confusing and two glass sliding doors onto bedroom which don't close fully, not everyone's cup of tea. Surrounding of hotel not the best, was worried walking alone to metro, but it was safe just looked dodgy..only 15min walk across the main road..easy then to get into Madrid. Few restaurants near metro too.

Reviewed By 898ClaireTGorgeous hotel. Brilliant location, superb staff. Vanessa at reception was incredible. My husband was feeling I’ll and she managed to get us an early check in. Rooftop is chilled and relaxed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will be back.
