I will most certainly look for somewhere else to stay next time I'm in town. Breakfast was awful, you could only get help AFTER they finished their cigarettes. One night the smell of marijuana outside and in the hallways was overwhelming.

Overall the hotel is very nice, but could easily be better. Upon arriving, I waited for the desk clerk to come out of the office to help me as I hadn’t received a mobile key as requested. She provided me with a key, directions to my room, wifi and breakfast information without smiling or greeting me in any way. My room was small but offered everything I needed, the bed was comfortable, and the room appeared clean except for the filmy shower door and dirty bathroom wall. The lobby is modern and attractive. The breakfast area was clean and there was a nice variety of breakfast foods. The breakfast attendant was friendly and helpful. The location is convenient to the highway and there is an Applebee’s restaurant within walking distance. I am likely to stay here again and will request a room on the north side of the hotel rather than facing the highway.

Recently stayed here for one night, traveling across the state. It is a great location, just off the hwy. Located close to to gas and dining. Hotel staff is very nice, rooms updated, and amenities very nice, including a decent complimentary breakfast. unfortunately, I failed to ask for a room facing the front of the hotel...and regretted it. As soon as we entered the room, all you could hear was highway traffic. It sounded like the window was open. You could hear every car, truck, and semi as they drove by. Stopped at the front desk to ask about switching rooms, but was told the hotel was completely booked. The front desk is aware of the noise issue since they mentioned that they should really hand out ear plugs to those on that side of the building. WHY would you build a hotel next to a highway, and not install some sort of soundproofing on the highway side of the building?! Ever heard of double-pane windows? I slept with headphones in, listening to white noise all night. If it weren't for the noise, this hotel would get 5 stars. There is a Fairfield Inn right next door...wonder if they have the same problem? If you can get a guaranteed room on the front side of the hotel, don't hesitate to stay here!

This hotel needs to be shut down. It is unsafe and unclean. Water damage, mold smell, one towel when I paid for three people to stay (desk person said they were all in the laundry and she would bring me towels, but she never did), no soap, unsafe electrical outlets, dangerously low lighting in the hall and stairwells, bathtub fixtures coming out of the wall, no exterior building lock (exterior door looks like someone bashed it in at some point), flies and gnats in room, people living in the hotel. We picked this hotel because it was close to Hamilton Missouri and we were going to the quilt shops. The only reason we stayed is because it was almost midnight when we arrived and there were no other rooms in town. I should have known when I arrived, because as I was trying to check in, someone was turning in their key saying the room was too nasty for them to stay in. If I had not been so tired from driving over 10 hours that day, I would have gone somewhere else. STAY AWAY!
