The hotel smelled like a marijuana free for all the entire time we were there (5 nights). It’s old, dirty and not well maintained. For example, the cleaners used a rolling lint collector instead of a vacuum. It’s run down, smelly and not a true Hilton experience. Kevin (GM) tried to help with returning some of my miles. Katie and Valerie even listened to my complaints politely but they all seemed incapable of dealing with the incessant weed smell. I am not sure why the coffee station is so inconvenient but the woman working the breakfast informed me that guests are messy and knock packets, stirrers, etc. through the cracks which makes her work cleaning up more difficult. ? I gave her some suggestions and she just looked at me. Nothing changed the next day— I still had to reach over items to get packets. Over the last 30 years I have stayed at many Hilton properties— all over the country and the Caribbean and this is by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

I checked into the hotel as a WoH Globalist and was given a small gift bag and an upgraded room. On the bag was a letter saying if you fill out the survey upon checkout, I would receive 5000 points to my WoH account. I did not receive a survey, so I called the hotel and told them I had not received the survey. Apparently, they had an in-correct e-mail address, but said they could not send the survey, so, no 5000 points, I guess. Could not get internet in the room, so the front desk manager changed my room to the one next door to the original. Internet connected, but VERY VERY slow. Light block shade pull and drapery hook was missing.... made it impossible to completely block the light. Room had a chemical smell that I attributed to cleaning solution, just very strong. Overall, probably my worst experience at a Hyatt

Location is convenient with a Cracker Barrel and a Mexican restaurant just a walk through the parking lot and a 7-11 gas station/convenience store next door. Multiple restaurants all around, and easy access to the interstate and local highways. Great location, great staff, nice clean (quiet) rooms, and a good night's sleep!

We have been on the road for vacation for two weeks so every place looks the same - unremarkable. However, this place was clean, reasonable and front desk was helpful. Other than that not much to distinguish it from others. Although we first went to Holiday Inn next door they couldn’t get key cards to work.

On a road trip to NC, we unexpectedly needed a place to stay overnight. We arrived late and left early in the morning. This hotel is conveniently located off of the I-95 exit, but it is a bit hard to spot the entrance road (due to road construction). As an older hotel, it is in need of updating. Our room was quiet and clean but had a musty smell to it. In the same vicinity are newer hotels in the same price range that I would investigate if I ever needed to stop over again. A basic breakfast buffet is included in the price. There are chain restaurants and gas stations nearby.

The check-in experience was very poor. The receptionist was rude, not helpful and wasn’t willing to be helpful. We have a family wedding this weekend, and we have many many rooms booked. We did the online check-in the day before and asked for a 12pm check-in. We arrived at 1:30pm, which was early, but she would make no effort to help us get a room earlier to unload all of our wedding stuff for our guests who would be coming in. We would not recommend this hotel. I called the manager, it went to a voicemail box that was full. That tells you something too. It might have Marriott in the name, but the brand represented was Motel 6. We hope when we get to a room it makes up for the the poor service, zero empathy or willingness to help or offer any solution.

I’ve stayed at this hotel probably half a dozen times for weekend trips to visit family in the area. It’s obviously a budget hotel, but the accommodations have always been clean, good size, and well-kept. If all you need is a decent place to sleep, this is a great option. The Comfort Inn just down the street is good too, but usually more expensive (and not worth the extra $). My only complaint is that they’re still using Covid as an excuse to not provide continental breakfast (while taking no other actual precautions).
