Reviewed By Soulmateyj서울에서 대중교통으로 갈 수 있는 워터파크~ 아무래도 오래된 곳이다보니 콘도시설은 그닥 좋진 않지만, 워터파크 하나만으로도 아이들에겐 지상낙원! 매년 새로운 워터파크를 찾아 도장깨기 식으로 경험해보는 아이들인데, 이 곳의 유수풀이 제일 재밌단다~ 3대가 함께 간 여행인데, 할머니 역시 버블스파를 받으시고 푹 빠지셨다~ 여름휴가로 하루 이틀 정도 묵으며 즐기기에 적당하다~

Simple and clean hotel for business stay
Reviewed By James0482Stay a week for business trip. Room simple and most important of all clean. Provide all toiletries, more than u ask for. Also a love motel, so serve both types of business??. Overall is quite and good for business stay. All drinks inside minibar free. Provide a very simple breakfast. Abt 10mins walk to a big lotte mart. Many ktv around that area, but they keep to themselves. Is safe even walking around at late night. Good choice for business stay.

Reviewed By KyleejacsThis hotel is very affordable. We were 5 then and they are very friendly. This place has free water, ice cream, juices, soda and coffee. They also have free biscuits and candies. Also they have free laundry everyday we were very happy with our stay.

Laughing at Customer
Reviewed By Randy UI've been to this hotel many times in the past but I will never go again. My reservation was for three days but after the first day I received a phone message telling me to check out. Apparently they mixed up the reservations. This was a mild inconvenience but isn't the reason why I don't recommend this hotel. Later, the hotel room didn't have power. When I went downstairs to complain neither staff knew English. I'm okay with this fact as well. The reason I am upset at this place is when I used about level 2 TOPIK Korean, the staff started laughing. I at first was talking calming. When they started laughing my voice got louder. The louder I talked and angrier I got, the louder they laughed. Instead of trying to find out why I was angry, they instead thought I was a joke and wasn't bothering to find out the reason. They then got calm and said sorry in Korean and English. The real kicker is when I went to the elevator and I wasn't even in the doors, they started laughing again. I went upstairs and packed my bags. I came down and demanded a refund. They said sorry but their statements in Korean and English show they don't understand how rude it is to laugh in a customers face. They instead asked me questions like who checked me in or that they don't understand English. I demanded a full refund and stayed in the lobby until I got it. They tried to not refund the one night I stayed but I did not leave until I received full. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL

Convenient, Cheap, Clean.
Reviewed By DragonR888Five minute walk from the train station. Lots of mom and pop restaurants nearby. A grocery store (Nanghyup) if you turn right on the main street and walk about five minutes. It's on the right. Staff was friendly. Inside parking. Internet was stable and fast enough. Recommend for anyone who needs to stay in downtown Cheonan near the Cheonan train station (NOT the Cheonan/Asan train station). Rooms are older (as it the hotel) and a bit shabby. But clean.

Good Hotel, great Breakfast
Reviewed By fabiinlaI stayed a few weeks this year at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel has a gym. In peak hours the gym can be packed. During my stay 2 of 3 bikes where broken which mad the situation even worse. There is a sauna for men only, but I haven't used it. The breakfast is great. A good mix of Asian and western food. There is a fresh cooking station for eggs. I will stay here again.

Alright for a night

The exterior architecture of the hotel is very impressive like an old castle. Spacious inner bedroom with furniture made from wood, slightly dark colors. Bathroom has many equipments but are outdated and not clean.The hotel has a small restaurant serving breakfast. The food is not much but still enough to provide energy for tourists here. The receptionist can speak basic English, but it is still not enough to book a room easily. Around the hotel there are many ktv clubs and at night there are many business cards of massage girls placed in front of the hotel. I do not encourage you to try this service.

Nice hotel!
Reviewed By latinalisa8991I stayed here for three nights and I really enjoyed my time here. The manager of the hotel was very helpful to our group of eight. There was a breakfast provided on the ninth floor which was pretty basic but it kept me full until lunch time. The room itself was very nice. I absolutely loved the shower. My room had a desktop computer but not all rooms have this. The beds are extremely firm but I slept well every night so I can't complain. I really enjoyed my stay here and would certainly stay again if I was given the opportunity.
