We have spent 18 days touring Namibia and this has to one of the best properties we stayed at. We stayed 2 nights at the lodge and the hospitality offered by Frikkie and Hilde the owners and all the staff was incredible. Breakfast and dinner were superb with freshly cooked meals on every sitting and excellent variety of dishes. Accommodation. We had 2 rooms and both were very well laid out, very clean with all modern requirements and very quirky. If you stay here please leave time to travel to the west side of Fish River Canyon as recommended by Frikkie. Big thanks to all.

The Seeheim Hotel is 45 km west of Keetmanshoop on the road to Luderitz. An oasis in the desert; this rustic splendour, built from stone offers superb accommodation and is an experience not to be missed. The hotel is conveniently situated close to the Fish River Canyon, Naute Game Park, Naute Dam, Luderitz, Kolmanskop, Keetmanshoop & Quiver Tree Forest
I stayed here recently for 1 night. The room was a good size, but there was no air conditioning and no safe, and there was some noise from the room above. The mattress was rather thin. Dinner options were limited, and again at breakfast - a cooked plate, fruit juice but no cereals.

After a week of lodge hopping we ended up at Cañon Lodge. We travelled with our 3 year old daughter and if she could I would have let her review the place herself. The rooms are cozy and clean, the food was good but most importantly THE STAFF ARE OUT OF THIS WORLD!! Each and every one of them were so friendly and so helpful. They are so child friendly that my daughter wanted to be with them more than with me and her dad. Constancia was the best of them all and my daughter kept looking for a Constancia at the other lodges we visited, mostly to her disappointment. We will visit this place mostly for its staff, we felt at home and I was sad to meet such nice people and then part ways with the.

What a surprise behind the high walls and gates. Beautiful, spacious and well equipped apartments set in a lovely desert-type garden. Owners very friendly and make you feel welcome in minutes. It is in walking distance of a small restaurant with great food. Highly recommend this awesome guesthouse

Our hosts were warm and friendly. Neat campsite. Quaint outdoor showers with very effective donkey with enough wood to have lovely warm showers under the stars. We will go out of our way to stay here again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful farm with us.

It was clean and neat and had everything we needed as well as being very reasonably priced. The owner was super helpful and went out of his way to help us get everything we needed. Will definitely stay there again.

Kalahari Farmstall is situated on the C15 Road, Mata Mata, 14 km from the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park, ideally for a day trip visit to the park. The Farmstall offers comfortable, spacious, air con, own BBQ accommodation, self catering or B&B. A campsite under Camelthorn trees, each powerpoint, hot water. The Farmstall with coffeeshop is a refreshing roadstop for the hungry and thirsty traveler.
I love this tranquil place. Spacious rooms with your own braai and outdoor seating. We cooked ourselves and could use the Farmstall cooking plate. We had the swimming pool to ourselves, starr gazing at night. Stay here if you want to visit the Kalagadi park from the Namibian side. Marica is a kind and relaxing host.

We have been to Torgos before, and it is still good value for money. The location is excellent, on a dry riverbed with a waterhole 50m from our chalet. It appears a lot of attention is given to hunting parties. It has become more of a hunting lodge, but still, we had a great time. Accolades to the lodge managers Danie and Ivonne. Ivonne does the cooking, and she cooks a proper traditional Afrikaans meal. Very tasty. The rooms are clean, well equiped, and warm water is made withn a "donkie".
