We are seated in the historic town of Cedaredge located on Highway 65 at the base of the Grand Mesa. Wildlife is abundant in our quiet little place. This historic town boasts multiple antique shops, wineries, orchards, art dealers and more! National Parks and Monuments are only a short drive as well.
Several times i have chosen this motel, all for ski racing trips. Look forward to staying here again during the summer! Gotta say? For a super small town? Stacy and her deeply trained staff absolutely make you feel like you are in Las Vegas or somewhere where Customer Satisfaction is PRIORITY NUMBER ONE! Super Clean, super friendly. Hot Tub and Pool are impeccable for a tiny mountain town. Here's the Deal Maker tho; Stacy herself is cranking out HOMEMADE OMELETTES by 630a!!! Yeah, LIR!?!?! Soooo sweet! Also; Deer chill next to their Horseshoe Throwing and BBQ pit...

Come stay in our beautiful lake front private cabins and enjoy this Historic Lodge! The lodge is a landmark rich in history and steeped in legends! There is a restaurant and bar on premise. Our cabins have kitchens/baths and flat screen tv's and are heated, clean and fresh!
We had cabin #3 and the heater was out of order. They put a small electric heater inside but it did not work well. We slept in long underwear with 2 covers and hated to get up to a frigid room. The window in the bedroom was cracked and there was actually ice built up inside by the bed. When we left the temp outside was 12 degrees! The oven did not work either. The only heat was in the "lounge" but the owner commandeered the chair so no one could sit by it. The view inside the cabin was nice and we had planned to read, play games but even with our ski pants and sweaters it was too cold! Buyer beware.

My family stayed at Kiser Creek with our two college girls and a friend. I can’t say enough nice things about the stay. The owner is the most friendly, giving host I have encountered. He made us feel at home and was very accommodating. If you want a quiet, beautiful, peaceful trip, I highly recommend to check out these cabins. We took a walk to the private creek and the owner made us an outstanding fire where we could sit outside in the snow, enjoy the fire and the amazing stars.
Family run bed and breakfast on creek with good conversation and breakfast
