El Palacio De San Benito

San Benito's Palace relies on unforgettable corners full of charm, that makes this place unique. Our accommodation was born as Familiar House, in Cazalla de la Sierra, Seville. It is the recreation of past found and an hommage to the love of a mother and her family, in one of the most beautiful and historic places of the Spanish Geography.

Worse than expected, due to important details...

I would say that the hotel is "different". Somehow it's a lookalike old house but behind the walls, it's an all-new building. That's good so far, buy no advantage is taken from that potentially perfect combination. I stayed one night, thanks god! The "more than hard" mattress was small that the bed, I guess it was a 135 cm wide and too short for my normal 1,78 cm height. The breakfast was with a kind of many that I was not told to fill up, anyway, they did it for me and ticked the box: "cheese"... but no cheese was available. Cannot understand why the marked and then told it was no cheese... Mineral water was not on the table, just tab water. Another disappointing point was the hot water, or better say, the lack of it. We could not get a shower... The dinner included in our reservation was sufficient buy nothing remarkable. The room was filled with old paints and old furniture, full of charm... and dust. I guess this place had better times in the past and is, somehow, going on the paths of abandonment. The person in charge of the business was friendly, but not even say sorry for the lack of warm water in the tabs...

Finca La Vega

Muy buen lugar para desconectar

Reviewed By davortsan

Fuimos, hemos repedito y repetiremos seguro.

Awesome

Stayed here a few days ago for 1 night-wish we had booked longer-fantastic, idyllic, peaceful, beautiful place. They got everything right, breakfast room all laid out so you can help yourself, free laundry room, small shop selling essentials. Well run and so helpful, even gave me free teabags for 1 night rather than sell me a box (we were on a motorcycle so no room for a box full) good sense prevails here. Stayed in the most beautiful old stone house, I can't praise this place enough-you must go!!

El Molino del Corcho

Wonderful stay

Reviewed By chillywinter

Being in a hired car can be daunting enough, but when the sat nav sends you down a dirt track, you can start to get a bit nervous. However, El Molino del Corcho was a real gem of a place to stay. Our hosts were fantastic and so welcoming, they gave us a fantastic breakfast. There were a couple of cats and a lovely, sweet natured dog for the pet-lover in our party to stroke. There was a lovely pool, and a river to investigate. We watched the swallows and geckos flitting about and some beautiful butterflies. We were going to a party 15 minutes up the road at the Cartuja (monastery) which is well worth a visit. The nearest town, Cazalla, was about a 20 minute drive away, which has a number of tapas places, some grocery shops and a supermarket for supplies. The only thing that's missing is a booklet giving local advice, but I'm sure that's on its way! Beware, we had no phone signal for the duration. This made staying in touch with friends up the hill tricky, but it was a bonus generally. Thank you for a wonderful stay ?
