The Cayman Islands are made up of three islands: Grand Cayman, Cayman Brac and Little Cayman. The largest, Grand Cayman has a cosmopolitan vibe, gourmet restaurants, world-class diving and the famous Seven Mile Beach. Cayman Brac is a nature lover's heaven of stunning diving and breathtaking walks along the rocky bluff. The smallest island, Little Cayman is home to just 150 people. Visitors enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and diving, especially Bloody Bay Wall, considered one of the world's best wall dives.

We just got back from a week at the Seafire and I have to say, I’ve never felt more pampered in my life. From the moment we got out of our taxi we were just embraced by the staff. Cocolobba was so great we ate there several times. You MUST get a pina colada. Whether it’s at cocolobba or out in a beach or pool chair. We had several every day…such that we got to know Nirosha as our ‘Pina Colada Queen’ she is quite literally the best and sweetest of the people we met that week. I would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you Seafire. ❤️

From the moment I stepped in the lobby I received nothing but pleasant positive energy and welcoming staff. The bellman, the pool staff, the front desk, the housekeeping staff, the hotel security. I could go on and on about how nice the people of the Cayman Islands are. They go out of their way to be pleasant and accommodate your needs. I especially want to give kudos to front desk supervisor Stephanie who every single day was professional, accommodating, and greeted us with a smile and was just someone who really enjoys their job and it shows. Thank u for a memorable stay and look forward to returning to Cayman Islands.

A revel of the glory days of Caribbean understated glamour, Palm Heights is a generational reboot celebrating regional culture, cuisine, wellness, thinking and design. Nestled on Seven Mile Beach, one of the Caribbean’s most coveted stretches of white sand, at Palm Heights, guests can enjoy restaurants, stylish design, and breathtaking ocean views from every suite.
The Palm Heights is truly a Caribbean DESTINATION resort. I cannot imagine a nicer place to relax at. A boutique hotel with impeccable style. Great care has been taken in selecting the decor and designing new spaces. The lush landscaping transports you into a state of relaxation. Palm Heights is located on the best stretch of Seven Mile Beach. And remember, it is a boutique hotel with ~50 suites. Among the many benefits of being small is an uncrowded and tranquil beach. This is in stark contrast to the multitude of beach lounge chairs that are jammed in front of the mega-resorts. The staff is outstanding and anticipate your needs - it is clear that their sole goal is for everyone to enjoy their vacations. We are grateful (and enjoyed meeting) Karla and Daniel - both went out of their ways to make our stay special. You’ll love the Palm Heights!

Fantastic Stay! Great property, first class service. Excellent location. Attentive staff. Highly recommend staying there either for business or holiday. Check out the Back Room for drinks, which is a short walk from the property. Terrific value as well.

Let me first say, my comments aren’t complaints. We are ambassador members with Marriott and we truly care about the success of all properties associated with them. My comments are just for the powers to be made aware of where some improvements can be made. Hotel was nice. Staff accommodating, however, didn’t go out of their way to acknowledge you. Guest would always have to say good morning, hello etc. Beach staff never asked if we needed help setting up chairs. Most were talking amongst themselves, when we were finally acknowledged we were asked how many towels we wanted. Then they pointed to the towels for us to grab. Nice happy hours. Personal opinion is have the beach bar during the day, and the lobby at night. It was reversed. Lobby was a bit worn and dark looking. Chairs were all peeling and not inviting to sit in. Property itself well kept. Elevators need work. Try to get the one on right when facing them on right side of lobby. One of them constantly sounded like it was going to break down midway with a rough landing. Two staff members who always made us welcome, remembered our names, always went above and beyond. Celine, she took great care of our beach food/beverage needs. Even when we weren’t in her area. The other is Damien, Breakfast chef. Always a cheerful good morning and happy to cook for you. All in all nice week spent there. Convenient to market and liquor stores as well and some nice restaurants in walking distance. Can’t beat the Chrystal clear water and beautiful soft, white sand.

The Ritz is by far the best hotel on the island. The food was great, the drinks were outstanding and the staff was excellent. My wife and I can’t say enough about the Ritz. We highly recommend this hotel.

Daily Resort Charge will be added to the room rate and includes: Bicycle rentals, yoga mat and GoPro action camera usage, transportation to local beach, daily afternoon poolside snack, morning refreshment cool down station, after-sun relief station, unlimited local calls. We're steps from the pristine sands of Seven Miles Beach and a short walk from shopping and dining at Camana Bay. Our watersports concierge can arrange snorkeling and boat excursions to Stingray City, and there's a shuttle to nearby beach parks, bars, and clubs. Chill out at our tropical garden pool featuring Ms. Piper's al fresco restaurant and lounge.
We stayed here for 10 nights on a business trip to Grand Cayman. It is ideally situated near restaurants, shops and bars and a 2 minutes walk to the beach. The pool area is not huge but works well and Ms Pipers being on the site is a real bonus as it is superb. From the moment we arrived to the time we left, the staff were outstanding especially the front desk. The rooms are a good size with all the amenities you require - comfortable beds, good bathrooms and kitchen area. Overall a top stay offering good VFM and a top customer experience.

Sunshine Suites Resort offers the best in affordable boutique lodging. We’re a short walk from the sparkling ocean waters and white sand of Grand Cayman’s famous Seven Mile Beach. Enjoy the convenience of our prime location near Seven Mile Beach, down the road from the 18-hole North Sound Golf Course and near dozens of shops and restaurants. We offer our guests high end accommodations, excellent guest services, plus enjoy a host of amenities at our neighboring sister property on Seven Mile Beach. Whether your visit is for business or pleasure, a warm and friendly team awaits you!
My wife and I stayed here for a week in May for a scuba diving trip with SPE Dive School. This resort has everything you need and more, including dive equipment rinse area and dive lockers. Juan Pablo and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. The Sunshine Grille has great food options and the staff is great as well. An amazing perk: you have access to everything at the Westin on 7 Mile Beach across the street as part of your stay, including being able to charge food/drinks to your room. It is smaller and quieter than the Westin, just how my wife and I like it. A short walk to the beach is worth the savings and quiet space. I'd recommend this resort to anyone and will be staying here again in the future.
