Reviewed By yanauyIde like to say thank you again for the wonderful staff! Mr.Sonny as always been good to us since last year we stayed. Only for the towels thou they must change it to new ones. During our 10 days stay we we’re given old (literally over used towels) thou it smells nice but still not comfy to use. Other than that we thank you for always accomodating us from wee hours!!! We will be back again!!

Reviewed By Eliza Bthe most poor country i ever been was in Cuba...but they try to make your stay happy & memorable...people are nice even we know they are lack of education..but here in my country we know before we get a job we need education as well as become a boss...but our stayed in this place is a hell...from cleanliness..service..management..food...PM me travelers if u wanna know what my issues are...there is no enough space to write & tell everything what happened to us during our stayed here.....travelers do read the reviews before you book in this place...

Reviewed By yanauyIf room 423 was given to you do not take it!! the faulty smell that comes either in the toilet or the ac makes us sick for 2 weeks. We requested to be transfered to different rooms due to high occupancy we understand that they dont have available room to be given that night. And worst thing happen. The staffs must trained well, the staff doesnt know what to do when we came back at 2 am in the morning!!! And room was given to another guest! We have to walk at that hour to look for another hotel to stay! We got compensated for the room after a day of complaint. But still the room given us is 423 is so smelly we have to check out immediately and never came back!!

Reviewed By Brenan ATidy clean safe and secure hotel . Ok location for price.good food and drinks delivered to room at any time. Basic rooms for budget traveller. Close to main roads in Caloocan and easy to find i would guess every taxi driver knows where it is. Not sure what you would be doing in Caloocan but be safe and would not venture to far at night or without some guide/security.

Reviewed By Guide278835After our arrival to manila on odds hours, we decided to freshen up and have a couple hours sleep. We decided to check in Victoria Balintawak. We know this is a love motel, we have been here before maybe 5 or 7 years ago. First of all we were sent to a room with a noisy aircon, so we had to transfer rooms, we finally got our room, the room was a mess!! the washroom was filthy in the corners, the bed sheet had a very visible stain in the middle, the headboard had a mirror in the centre and was a again a visible hand smudge. the remote doesn't work. we paid early so we can get rid with the hustle of paying, but although we still had 30 mins which I informed the operator. the busboy or bell boy keeps on knocking and checking if we left already. which was really annoying!! and lastly there was only one outlet!!! So we can charge our devices one at a time!!! grrrr It seems that you guys don't have that edge anymore compared to other motels.
