The location is convenient as public transport is close by as are local places to eat and an IGA. People working there are friendly and eager to make sure you have what you need. Best of all there is free parking included which is a bonus in Sydney.

The rooms and balcony were really dirty and dusty, there was left over food scraps behind the bedside tables and under the bed. Carpet were dirty and the two lounges (inside & balcony) were so badly stained that you won't miss it. There was Mothers day Promo (free drinks and special gift for moms) advertised but the hotel reception had no idea about it. After showing email confirmation they said they will honor it but didn't. Overall, just not what you expect from a 5 star hotel and pay premium for below average service!!!

Reviewed By Mrsparkalo123Im usually only ever use my trip advisor powers for good reviews , but this place needs a mention ...I recently had to travel to Burwood and this place was walking distance to everything and budget friendly. I read the other horror stories about this bed and breakfast on here but there was no recent reviews so gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought it may have gotten better in the last few years ..I mean it's only a bed for a few nights what can go wrong right ? The place was full of very shady and suspicious looking people as soon as I got there , my room was absolutely filthy everything smelt funny and I don't even want to think about what the stains where on the bed and floor , the shower was mouldy and had no hot water so after a cold shower I decided to make myself a cuppa and found there was no kettle or coffee in the room either ( Maby the cockroaches took them ) There was a used syringe a previous guest had left in the wardrobe and found several more as I walked around the premises throughout the day this worried me because what if there was a family with a toddler staying in house . The following morning I went into town and baught some breakfast and a coffee back to my room and as soon as I walked through the gate a homeless looking Lady approached me asking for money and I was later that day approached by another shady looking guest asking me to give him a cigarette . This place is an absolute nightmare and although it's in a convenient location I advise any families Especially families with small children please don't do it ..this place is not just uncomfortable it is outright dangerous .

It’s actually a front for a brothel!
Reviewed By kaitlerkennelsgWe were booked for 2 nights, only stayed one as we found it off putting having 2 Asian women walking around in their dressing gowns all hours of the day and night with various men going up and down the stairs all hours. Front door propped open all night. Reception window open right outside our door when the Asian women ran the credit cards of the men visiting them. Room was nothing like we booked online. Tiny “family” room. Microwave not working. Dirty dishes. Dirty cotton tips in drawer and throw pillows smelled. Stains on the carpets. Strange place. Strange people.
