Reviewed By arcplYou could put this resort anywhere and still have a great holiday. Naturally it's location, is the icing on the cake. Exceptionally well maintained and offering every amenity in a very well laid out and workable design. The apartment was roomy , clean and also well equipped, with comfy beds. Minor issue with running out of hot water, late, on a couple of nights. Beach at the door, also bus to Pacific Fair shops, and the surf club. Good shopping within one block, incl Maccas and other eateries close by. Great walking on the beach (goes for miles). Basically parked the car and didn't need it until we left. A special mention to the reception staff, who are youthful, knowledgeable, helpful, enthusiastic and friendly. In fact, all the staff present this way, made you feel very welcome. Could say much more, but would like there to be a vacancy for us to return sometime. Fabulous holiday.

All of our apartments have magnificent north facing views along the beach looking to Surfer's Paradise and the Stradbroke Islands. The apartments are fully self contained with full kitchen amenities, laundry. Lounge & dining room with private balcony overlooking Burleigh Heads Beach. The bedrooms have 1 Queen with en-suite and 2nd bedroom, twin beds with separate main bathroom.Free Foxtel and free secure basement parking for 1 car. Families are easily catered for as well as singles and couples. We have a heated in-ground pool & spa. Full size all weather tennis court and modern fully equipped gym.Stroll in our tropical garden and enjoy the sea breeze. All shops, cafes, restaurants, Bowling & Surf Clubs are within 10 -300 metres easy walking. James St, our main st, has become home to a number of very trendy fashion shops and a number of small boutique bars serving finger food have opened recently and have shown to be extremely popular copying the American bar/snack style. Also a number of "healthy" style eateries serving organic food have opened. Some 13 in the past 18 months.The Fishhouse restaurant directly at our front gate is now the most popular dining option in Burleigh and has attracted some legendary International Rock Stars. Burleigh is booming! Love it!

Luckily the E and F apartments still have views on all levels. We love it here - all about location location. The apartment we stayed in 7F is ideal for our family- clean and modern Highly recommend it

Beautiful apartments with views of the ocean. 1,2 And 3 bedroom luxury apartments available. 1 Ensuite and a second bathroom with full laundry. Fully equipped modern kitchen. Free parking. All apartments are available in Standard, Ocean View and Deluxe Ocean View, depending on your requirements. Large heated swimming pool, games room,2 x hot spas and saunas, full size tennis court and BBQ area.Magnificent ocean views from all 3 balconies across the front, and hinterland views from the rear 2 balconies. Only 2 apartments per level, so very large apartments. Across the road from Patrolled beaches for all to enjoy!!

As all the units are privately owned the owner of this unit needs to update and maintain it to a respectable standard. It’s described as a superior unit but definitely isn’t. Lots of dirty areas- dead insects and cobwebs on windows, dead insects in light fittings, dirty dishes, some items of food still left in unit, aircon in bedroom needs new batteries to operate, cushions on wicker chair still had bum and back indentations like someone just got off it, since when are dirty canvas outdoor fold up camp chairs acceptable to be used as dining chairs?, venetian blinds covered in dust, fluff and mould, oven tray still had aluminium foil with grease on it and couldn’t use oven as it started smoking when turned on, outdoor chairs on balcony from the 80’s, general wear and tear in bad shape ie, door frames all rusted out, needs a repaint. All up this unit is overpriced and in need of a lot of work. Housekeeping could do a better job too. Too many things overlooked that needn’t be, lazy.

I booked through booking.com and I will not use them again. LINO on the floor - dirty The old stove has rusted hotplates - not working ancient microwave was difficult to use. No furniture or furnishings apart from total basics. and no frills. Totally unacceptable and I would like my money back. Locked in for 4 nights and not happy. Two shampoos and two soaps for 4 nights - seriously!!??

Reviewed By WallanWandererThe property is well-located in Burleigh, being only a few minutes walk from the main shopping strip. There is a walk-way out the back that brings you out on to the Esplanade only a stone's throw from the patrolled beach. We made use of the tennis court and also the BBQ which was well maintained. The pool is not massive but was fine for a refreshing dip. Our two-bedroom apartment was comfy and clean and had everything you needed. We felt that the fridge wasn't cooling properly at one stage and after mentioning it to the manager, without any drama he had arranged for a second fridge to be brought up to the room by the time we got back to the apartment from the beach. Overall a good option in a great spot.

NESTLED BETWEEN THE BEACH AND THE RAINFOREST Amazing location that keeps guests coming back over and over again. If you love nature, water sports, safe swimming enclosures and shaded walking and running tracks then this is the spot for you. Easy stroll to all Burleigh's night life and restaurants or make the most of the fully equipt kitchens to eat in. This is NOT A HOTEL and there is no office. Check-in is pre-arranged. You wont find a reception or room service but may just find the relaxing time you are looking for.
Needs a paint and clean up
Reviewed By liz mStayed three nights in Room 5 .Faces busy Gold Coast Highway,traffic noise very bad late into night in weekends ,and peak hours. Place needs a paint ,with mould in bathroom tiles and in the roof of bedroon Designated carspace for this room..Plenty of resturants at Burleigh Heads but very busy in the weekends.Cafe and small supermarket just around the corner. Would not stay again as traffic noise is neverending

Reviewed By justinsV6272WOSwell resort is in a great location in close proximity to everything Burleigh has to offer. The apartment was well appointed, clean and everything we needed. The reception staff were wonderful with Andrew (father) who suffers from a brain injury and can get confused when locating his room. They were very accomodating in ensuring he had the right room for his needs and if needed assisting him to get to his room ok.
