Reviewed By sueh0ckingWhat a beautifully charming hotel. Set in amazing surroundings. Room spotless, if a little warm. Bed super comfortable, however, if you like a firm pillow you will need to take your own. Food was delicious. Standard continental breakfast, plenty of choice of cold meats, cheese breads etc., Toast and jam, cereal, yoghurt, fruit. Evening meal two choices of meat, veg and pasta, rice or chips. The highlight each night for me was the soup, different every night and delicious.

The perfect place for relaxing..
Reviewed By Wendy PWe looked for a location in a quiet place on our way back from Austria, and this was perfect. Surrounded by hills, trees and water, it was exactly what we wanted. We went for a walk in the neighbourhood and it was absolutely lovely.... And in a few minutes by car, you can get to the river Moselle. We rented the appartment and it was very spacious and clean. Also the balcony was very clean (which seemed difficult to maintain since there were a lot of swallow nests, but it was spotless). From the balcony we had a very nice and relaxing view over the trout basins). Everything you needed in the appartment was there. The owner was very kind, helpfull and concerned. He asked us several times if everything was OK and if we needed anything else. Since we were worried to be in the restaurant with other people due to covid, he told us we could sit in the breakfast room if that would make us more comfortable. But that was not necessary, since we were able to eat outside, where tables stood far enough apart to enable a safe distance. We enjoyed our meals very much, the fresh trout was perfect, so were the other dishes, prepared with love and very tasty. Due to covid, there was no buffet at breakfast, but it was brought to our table and was very varied: different kinds of cold cut meat, cheese, marmelade, honey, boiled eggs, tomatoes and cucumber, coffee, tea. And the night before you just had to order how many rolls you wanted and which kind. We would surely return to this place.

Reviewed By walldorf2018Diesmal auf Motorradtour mit Freunden. Wir hatten das Appartement Zimmer 6 Sehr schöne Ausstattung und super Sauber. Claudia und Arndt sind perfekte Gastgeber! Das Frühstück ist sehr abwechslungsreich, lecker und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Jeder Wunsch -z.B. jede vorm von Ei- wird wenn möglich erfüllt! Gerne immer wieder und das öfter!

Reviewed By Il_QuadrifoglioDit hotel heeft een hardwerkende groep familieleden die het hotel draaien. Na de corona is het restaurant (nog niet) a la carte, maar het menu in halfpension is ruim voldoende. De kamers zijn goed (een gaatje in een overtrek doet ons niets) schoon en warm. De badkamer is schoon. Elke dag schoongemaakt. Cochem en Koblenz zijn goed bereikbaar. Erg vriendelijke eigenaars.
