We were a little disappointed with the place
Reviewed By Oscar1954I was looking on a booking site for a hotel that has free parking. That's why I booked at this hotel. But despite that they charged me to pay for parking. They also charged for breakfast separately, without asking us if we were interested in breakfast. Thus a reservation of 220 francs for 2 nights suddenly became 270 francs. The hotel is under renovation. They are building more rooms. There were scaffolding in front of my room. Not a pleasant thing

Practical even it is slightly out of town
Reviewed By SwissdiverAfter a walk of about 1km from the train station, I arrived at the hotel. Check-in was efficient. I booked an "executive rooms". These are on the first floor on the next building (accessible though an internal footbridge). Some are giving on the street (it was the case on that last stay), some on the restaurant (the latter are nicer as they have a little balcony). Basic amenities were available in the bathroom, and the bed allowed me to have a good night sleep. Breakfast was decent, with a Nespresso machine for coffee lovers. All in all, this hotel is practical and remains one of my choices when going to Bulle. But don't expect anything special.

Reviewed By kuenzlerCHF 90.75 for a room on the first Floor with the usual amenities. Clean, quiet. Did not have breakfast, free coffee was included. Came by train, hotel is opposite the station. Lots of fliers about this pre-Alpine region offered.

The room was really nice, we were 3 people in 1 room and the bed + convertible were really comfy The design of the bathroom is stunning, and it is quite practical as we were 3 for only 1 You have to try the restaurant it is delicious ! All the staff was really nice, and it is much appreciated ! Thank you for this stay

Reviewed By 908clairelStaying one night for an athletic event in Bulle. Friendly helpful reception staff, excellent location in town. Large and exceptionally clean apartment. D14 even has a washing machine and dryer. Everything we needed for a quick overnight. Only need to add a tin opener and a wooden spoon to the kitchen items.

Reviewed By RSB78The positives to write about this family owned , old world hotel is that the rooms are spacious (2 rating for them) and it is very close to the Bus stop. Now what you should also know are the following: 1. There is no staff in the hotel most parts of the day and during the night. It is really scary to be in a hotel when you know that you are the only occupants :)). We stayed, because it was in Switzerland. Even though the booking sites show that all rooms are gone, which we found out was completely false and I will term it a scam. There was no one for key handover, even though we reached after 4pm. The owner sound very surprised on our arrival and guided us through a self help drill to open the hotel. 2. The breakfast is a big let down, nothing to write about. 3. Restaurant is a word, just as a part of the name. There was no such thing on the premises. Might have been there many years ago, given the large eating area. 4. It is around 2kms form the Bulle station and centre. Hardly good eating options around, except for a small quiet neighbourhood, but the road outside is very busy (given that it is a small town)...so be careful if with children. 5. Difficult to enter with a stroller and no lift. 6. Very expensive, even by Swiss rates and given the offerings.
