Opened in October of 2012. Featuring 19 rooms with 2 queen beds, 3 rooms with 3 queens, 1 king room, 1 king handicap, 1 queen handicap with a walk in shower and 1 king jacuzzi room with a sofa sleeper. Continental breakfast. Free WIFI. Microwaves and refrigerators in all rooms. Close to downtown, shopping and restaurants.

Reviewed By LakewoodJoanWe were greeted with a smile, our room was very nice, and we had a comfortable sleep. Charley was adorable. The breakfast, though, was just individually-sealed convenience-store pastries, a couple choices of cold cereal, yogurt and coffee. Eggs or biscuits & gravy, fruit, even a waffle-maker, would have set us off on the road in fine form, but the over-processed sugar bomb didn't do the trick.

Reviewed By 998theqLaura seems to do all the work in the front office. Someone else rated that the Front Desk was rude, but we didn't see any of that. She is friendly, a great conversationalist, and she knows a lot about the area. The people in the community are friendly and hard-working. There is a very nice restaurant across the street. Normally we would stay in a Hampton Inn or equivalent, but there was nothing around in the area. This was a good enough alternative.

Reviewed By Safari52779278167What a great little Motel and what a fantastic price. I wish there were more little gems out there like this one. Very very clean and big spacious rooms. Microwaves, refrigerators and coffee maker. Comfortable beds and temperatures that can be adjusted unlike many inexpensive motels. I would recommend this motel to anybody, I’m sure my wife would approve of this room. I’ve been on the road for 32 years and I’m sure if I come back this way I would definitely stay here.

Nothing glamorous, but the essentials and sure as hell beats being waste deep in mud pushing a car. Bates motel type vibe, but no crimes yet

A decent stopping place
Reviewed By TaraM299We stayed here two nights as a good stopping point between Rapid City SD and Medora ND. Just over an hour drive to Medora. An average place to stay. Mattresses were very comfortable. Marquee outside says "Pool is Open" but it wasn't. Closed for repairs. Tap water was horrible - vending machine on second floor was out of order. Had to buy bottled water at the small grocery store down the street. Front desk staff was mostly pleasant. Breakfast was very disappointing. No coffee the first morning. Room wasn't visibly dirty but we did find garbage under the beds when we were leaving the room. Towels were old and frayed. But....the price was really reasonable for the amount of time we spend in the room.
