Salton is a familly business. Our customers can be sure that we engage ourselves in 100% to ensure that they will have a great visit at our place. We guarantee delicious food, professional service and nice atmosphere. In our modern kitchen we cook favourite polish and regional dishes as well as special servings from other countries. Every room has a separate bathroom with shower and free WiFi internet access.

Reviewed By Ewa_ZI eat at Salton every couple of months when I travel to Bochnia, because I love their food so much! They make the best dumplings ("pierogi") in Poland. I love Polish dumplings, but I am too lazy to make them myself, so I order them a lot everywhere I go, and "ruskie" at Salton i.e. vegeterian cheese-potato based dumplings and "uszka" i.e, meat dumplings you can find in a bortsch are the best. There are other interesing dishes in their menu and it is great value for the money.

Rownocześnie odrestaurowane wnętrza dają komfort i wygodę. Zielone podwórko z hamakiem, leżakami, piaskownicą i basenikiem daje mozliwość odpoczynku cale rodzinie. Gospodyni częstuje pysznymi i zdrowymi warzywami i ziołami z działki. Dom Pod Orzechem to miejsce z duszą. Na pewno warto odwiedzić- polecamy serdecznie :)

Small but cosy hotel
Reviewed By Magdalena TIt's enough said that Zalesie is the best Hotel in Bochnia. It is small, but stuff is very helpful, room is clean and food is excellent. You could have so many different types of polish food in good prices and big portions. Zalesie is located on the hill, near park so you could easily relax there. Definitely yes for me.

Reviewed By YotkaRezerwacji dokonalismy w oparciu o nasz poprzedni pobyt w tym obiekcie. Poprzednio pokoj byl nieco "nadgryziony zebem czasu " ale w miare czysty. Tym razem to bylo niemile zaskoczenie. Lazienka od miesiecy nie sprzatana dokladnie , brudna wanna a odplyw pod wanna pelen smieci - brrrr... W kranie zimna woda a w pokoju brak recznikow. Lozko tez wapliwej czystosci.Gdyby nie bardzo pozna godzina naszego przyjazdu i brak mozliwosci zameldowania sie w innym miejscu, zaraz bysmy uciekli. Telewizor tez byl rozbity . Obsluga bardzo mila ale niestety nie zrekompensuje tego brudu i niedogodnosci.

Combined hotel stay and Inhalation programme
Reviewed By Isabella MBooked in with asthmatic daughter and two grandchildren for Inhalation Programme, which entailed daily trips down salt mine for 4 hours for 5 days. Not for the faint-hearted! Without speaking Polish it would be difficult to understand whole process. Rooms clean but a little basic. Meals OK but could do with a little variety. Disappointed with promised activities for children underground. Difficult to keep them occupied for 4 hours. Lengthy walk with buggy along disused mine shaft until underground rooms reached.

Reviewed By antoniodebernardoNon è ne un hotel ne un bed and breakfast, è una casa privata di una signora che affitta le camere delle figlie ancora con la loro roba dentro, compresi effetti personali, la colazione è miserabile la casa e difficile da trovare e lontana dal centro e dalle attività, il parcheggio fa schifo e difficile entrare e uscire. Ma la cosa peggiore è l igiene veramente scarsa e con animali che camminano liberi per la casa cani e gatti, il giardino è tutto trascurato e la proprietaria una grande accattona, la colazione è veramente miserabile. Insomma il mio consiglio è di pagare qualcosa in più ed andare in un vero albergo.

Absolutely Wonderful
Reviewed By PaulK838Very clean rooms, and comfortable beds. Reasonably priced. The hotel has an excellent restaurant with polish food. The proximity to Krakow is about 45 minutes on the highway that is very easy to get to from the hotel. Highly recommend!
