Worst stay ever for my son's graduation from Binghamton. No maid service. Toilet paper holder fell off the wall. Bathroom door was falling of the hinges. Card keys stopped working five times. One of the elevators was broken the entire weekend. Staff was dressed like it was there weekend off. I had to ask for towels everyday. The pool was GREEN!!!!!!!!!!!!! Had to empty our own garbage!!!!!!!!!! READY FOR THIS?!?!?!?!?!? Three nights......... 1000 BUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!! Highway robbery!!!!! Asked for a partial refund because of this slew of inconveniences. GOT NOTHING!!! Not only will I never stay there again, I will not use COMFORT INN ever again!!!! COMFORT INN???? OXYMORON !!!!!!!!!!!! Management needs to be absolutely ashamed!!!!!!!!

Normally, I'm a bit hesitant about Red Roofs but this was a lovely surprise. The hotel and the room was sparkling clean. The bathroom was quite nice and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel staff was pleasant and polite. Good job, everyone.

Staff were nice and breakfast was ok, but the room just doesn’t measure up to Marriott standards. Paint was peeling around the window, bathtub was so stained that they pasted a new surface on the bottom, but you still didn’t really want to use it, even for a shower. Light over the sink was out. Plus they charge extra for streaming without telling you. We be staying elsewhere on our next visit to Binghamton,

Motel 6 Binghamton is conveniently located off of I-81 and just 5 miles from the several golf courses, the Oakdale Shopping Mall and Ross Park Zoo! Free Wi-Fi is available in all of our modern rooms. Truck parking is also available.
Disgusting. The entire motel reeked of cigarette smoke. There were nicotine stains in the bathtub! The bed sheet and covers were not cleaned at all, and no way was I sleeping on that. It was clear whoever "cleaned" the room simply and sloppily remade the bed. As soon as I opened the window to air out the room flies came in. Our clothes reeked of cigarettes after only being there an hour. The room was so disgusting we checked out after checking in. The board of health needs to look into this place. Disgusting. Zero stars should be allowed when rating any business!

At DoubleTree by Hilton, we believe the little things mean everything when it comes to a great travel experience. An oven-fresh cookie is just the first of many welcome treats . Our in-room collection of CITRON by Crabtree & Evelyn products (available at many locations) is a great way to unwind after a long day. Our meeting spaces and staff are perfectly equipped to handle your business gathering. It will be a success from start to finish.
Tiring experience to say the least. Booked and checked in online for two rooms on the 10th floor, but then was changed to the 2nd floor without any notice. Called and mentioned that if the rooms weren’t good, maybe we can consider changing the next day. Was told we’ll see about that. Arrived around 3 am, no cookies provided, toiletries need to be obtained at the front desk since they are understaffed, no water, and bathroom lock doesn’t work. Ate breakfast the next day. Not worth it, but for the convenience of being in the building, it’s fair. Found out at check-in that I can only receive $30 total credit per day as a Diamond member and can only be applied to the day of the meal, not used in total. Frustrating experience. Probably will never visit again, but wanted to share my experience with others. Not sure if I will even consider Hilton anymore honestly.

This is the 2nd IHG hotel that I have stayed at in the past month and it is both offensive, annoying and unhealthy, as well as, the front looks really grubby and that is putting it nice. Tens of cigarette butts right at the front entrance is not hospitality in today's world. The better hotels direct smokers to the sides or back to contaminate their lungs.
