The hotel deserves its Arabic appellation of gardens. It s located on plantation with olive and orange trees in and out the hotel. The room was large and the bed comfy and hot water was an added value. There was a pool which we did not have time to use but looked enticing in the quite warm March weather. Breakfast was basic, frugal but healthy The staff was welcoming I would definitely stay there next time I visit the city

A small and lovely place in Beni mellal. 8 rooms, clean, nice service and welcome. The bathroom was too small for me, especially rhe shower place. They have a small but nice sweeming pool but the towels are very old ans sometime torn!! Its a good place for one or two days maximum.

This is not a. Small hotel but a large complex with probably one hundred rooms whose main business is catering for large wedding parties of up to 2,000 guests and we seemed to be three kf maybe a dozen guests in total so it had a somewhat deserted feeling. We were put in a room about as far away from reception as possible even though the hotel was obviously empty and the room was not really well furnished and certainly housekeeping standards were low. The bed cover was a sheet and an uncovered duvet!!!! How hygienic was that!!!!!! Also the bath was too big to fit in to the space available for the bath so the end of the bath was filled in with concrete which would allow the water to flow behind it. I dread to think what was lurking in that large space. Dinner was to say the least a disappointment one steak which was like leather and two chicken escalopes which were dry and uninteresting. I asked for some fruit for desert and was served a banana and an apple. Breakfast was the standard fare of yoghurt and pastries but good coffee. All in all there must be better places to Stay in the area without a concrete filled bath!

When we arrived they didn’t seem to be expecting us even though I showed my booking.com booking Booked us in for 1 night (not 2) in the wrong room type at the wrong price Sorted out the room rate and length if stay the following morning Everyone was all smiles but not too friendly Our room should have had a balcony and a kettle It doesn’t have either Wanted the balcony to sit in in the afternoon Watch out - there’s no hairdryer either - would rather have had that than a tv Food Well - breakfast was dreadful We won’t bother on second morning Restaurant on 5th floor is dirty - tables dirty, floor dirty, windows dirty (inside) Half of it looks under construction!! Went downstairs and had tea - all ok Went for a wander and came back to have lunch Sat down and waited and waited. Got up and asked for a menu - and waited and waited. Got up and asked for a drink menu - waited and waited After 45 mins and no service we left Not good at all On our first night we were kept awake until after midnight by banging and crashing and furniture being dragged across the floor above us. Woken up at 7am by the same Hopefully won’t happen tonight but think it will as it’s happening as I write this No idea why there’s ‘carpet’ in the room as it’s not needed Shower would not fix the wall so had to be held whilst showering. Water just water, not hot, but ok for a quick shower Plus side - the house keeping ladies do a very good job. The best bit about the hotel The bedroom and bathroom very clean Air conditioning a plus as it was hot (for us) when we stayed Probably wouldn’t stay here again No English understood or spoken ( but why should they, its not England) but that’s not a huge problem as we used a translation app (English-Arabic) which seemed to be ok The overall impression was that they weren’t bothered if we stayed or not
