The worst park n fly hotel
Reviewed By Christopher MThe hotel is marginal at best in terms of cleanliness. Of all the park n fly hotels, this is probably the worst option. Parking in back is unsecured and shuttle runs only once per hour and sometimes not even that. They will tell you pick up is 15-20 mins and if it shows up in twice that time, consider yourself lucky….

Nice hotel, but unable to sleep-hot beds like laying on a bed of hot coals
Reviewed By dianatraveler15We really wanted to like this hotel, but can’t recommend due to their beds. Why do so many hotels fail to provide a good bed?! The whole purpose of a hotel is to spend the night and get good sleep while traveling. I don’t think either one of us slept at all. The beds were really hot. I’m not sure what the beds were made out of-most likely foam or polyester. The pillows were polyester foam. I believe the sheets were a blend of polyester and cotton. This terrible combination made the bed seem like we were laying on a bed of hot coals. It was so bad, I even considered sleeping in our vehicle and coming back inside for a shower in the morning. However, it was too cold to sleep in our vehicle. Everything else in the room was in good working order. The hotel was quiet with no planes flying overhead. We could not eat the free breakfast because we had to go to the airport before it was served. We used the park-ride-fly option for this hotel. We paid for 8 days when we booked this online. Then, when we arrived at the hotel be paid for an additional few days. We took the hotel shuttle to the airport. After our trip, we called the hotel for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport. We waited about 20 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up.

All the drivers were nice enough but George was by far most personable and made it fun. You're in for a treat. I stayed one night at baymont by Wyndham for an early fight so parking was free for 7 days due to a bundled offer they provide. I've probably probably used this location for my last 4 flights.

Business trip stay near Willow Run Airport
Reviewed By robventureI did mobile check in as a Marriott elite and it wasn’t honored, the hotel provided no elite recognition and when I was given a room some of the overhead lighting didn’t work in the room and strangely there was not a lamp in the living room area. The staff stated at check in that my original room type wasn’t available so she’s “have to upgrade me” but as a Marriott elite I should’ve already been upgraded? I’m glad I was only at this hotel for 1 night as it’s looks new on the outside but the room itself could possibly use some maintenance
