Fine for one night
Reviewed By Marieke PThis is a Campanile hotel as one expects them to be: fairly comfortable and clean, good parking, quiet neighborhood. They are struggling with measures against Covid: the restaurant offered a very limited choice because they can not offer the usual buffet for dinner, the breakfast buffet is on offer but unsafe. Vegetarians can forget dinner at their restaurant: they could only offer us a green salad.

Excellent budget hotel
Reviewed By tricky155We stayed here for the August Ironman. We stayed as there was little availability in Vichy this weekend. I was a little worried as I have a 16 month old and it looked very basic. However it was such a lovely little surprise. Basic for sure, but ticked the box for everything you would need. Clean, hot clean good shower. Beds really comfortable. But mostly for me it was the staff. They were so kind and helpful. Nothing was a problem. Breakfast was additional 6 euros but was very good. I would definitely stay again.

Reviewed By 55ChrispyA charming hotel with convivial hosts. We opted for one of the standard rooms which was quite small (as we expected) but clean and well presented overlooking the moat. We took a walk down through the woods, followed by an excellent evening meal with friendly and efficient service. We would recommend taking a 10 minute drive down to walk along the banks of the Allier and enjoy the riverside parks.

Fairly Comfortable Hotel and Helpful Staff
Reviewed By Doc1213The Hotel is comfortable and rooms fairly sizable by European standards. Beds are comfy. Staff is helpful and they try very hard to accomodate. The breakfast (8 Euro) is not very appetizing even by European standards. Where other hotels also serve hot eggs, bacon or sausage, the Brit does not accommodate here and if you are looking for a hearty breakfast, eat elsewhere. The WIFI will not allow texting. Weird!

Reviewed By Helen YWe stayed one night was lovely. Our hosts Fabrice & Eric were warm & welcoming and breakfast was delicious. Eric gave an excellent recommendation to Chez Yoyo for dinner, was delicious sitting by the river on a lovely evening.
