Inavni is located in the heart of Sri Jayewardenepura Kotte, a slow 2 hour drive from the international airport. Sri Jayewardenepura, Kotte was one time the capital city of Sri Lanka. Surrounded by the lush greenery the villa is serene and elegant yet welcoming. It is definitely a home away from home.
Nice comfortable rooms in a stunningly beautiful villa. The hosts are gracious and caring. The location is very convenient for visa extensions at the nearby Department of Immigration. Highly recommended.

There is a beautiful villa at the other side of garden we stayed here for 5 nights, extremely spacious and peaceful but there were few annoying things, first there is no wifi here you should seat beside the pool, second electricity shortage especially in the morning was really annoying, they don't clean your room every day and you have to ask for it.

Alankara Villa is a nice little property for one who wishes to relax and unwind away from the city. The property is tastefully done and parking is available for private vehicle. It took us 90 minutes to reach from the airport in evening. Upon arrival we were greeted warmly by Bharath (staff) and an old couple. After pleasantries, we checked in. The room was spacious with ample smelly cupboards, however, the air-con struggled to keep up with cooling such a big room. Bed was comfortable but creaked each time I changed position. Bathroom is sufficient in size with bathtub-shower combination, though only one bath and one hand towels were provided. Carry your own toiletries like toothbrush, toothpaste, soap and hair conditioner. Living/dining area of the villa are unbearably hot during the day, air-cons are only switched on when a guest needs them, and even then they barely keep up. The pool is small, more of a lounge pool than a swim pool, and attracts a number of mosquitoes when one tries to swim in evenings. They do have a pool table and I enjoyed one evening playing pool. :) During my 3 day stay, Bharath was the only staff there managing everything around the property. Very friendly and helpful, excellent attitude, but barely spoke/understood English. The first night we crashed in early and instructed Bharath not to wake us for dinner. Yet he was at out door at 10 pm, apologetic for disturbing, but asking if we wanted dinner. I was served sausages and eggs next day at breakfast in spite of having mentioned my vegetarian preference. The second night we wrote down our order for dinner so that nothing gets mixed up, and yet he got vegetarian noodles with (I think) chicken manchurian. Oh did I mention, they do not allow one to cook or order food, nor do they cook any food in their own kitchen! The villa is quite far from the city and local tuktuks (3 wheelers) are hard to find, especially in evenings. The only option left is asking Bharath to go get food (takes one hour) and the poor man has to go all the way to pick up the food. And yes one ends up paying for his tuktuk ride too. The villa is beautiful, as are the perfectly maintained grounds around it. If they choose to adequately staff the villa and train them, the place could easily become a resting haven for many. Most of my bad experience could have been avoided if the staff knew some English.

This is a fabulous place to meet genuine Sri Lankan hospitality. We had 3 nights here. The bedroom was spacious with a large bathroom with both shower and bathtub. Our hosts were friendly and helpful as were their staff. Sri, the husband suggested a restaurant which he drove us to and picked us up from. The breakfasts were lovely. It was my birthday and our hosts had a cake made for me and joined us for an Italian meal. We would certainly return.?

Untidy Room and very dirty bed sheets. No any well come and bad customer service. Not recommended for foreign guests. We had to wait outside more than one hour to go to inside. And the gate always closed and locked
