A Santorini inspired resort with 110 keys, Costa Well Resort Pattaya is situated on Soi Na Jomtien 56 or approximately a 20-minute drive from Pattaya City. The resort is within a few minutes walk to the pristene Bangsaray Beach. The rooms and suites range from studio, one bedroom, two bedroom and two bedroom duplex types with a ballroom which can be devided into 2 meeting rooms. Two dining outlets, one spa, two rooftop salted swimming pools, gym room and onsite private parking are available.
The place is like a resemblance of a Mykonos greek houses, very nice and pretty looking indeed. it is located very near Bang Saray beach and it has some cardio machines, roof top bar, nice pool and its quite new and clean. We found the staff also quite helpful and always willing to serve. The bad points come with regards to the management whifh is clearly careless regarding several issues for having paid 4000 THB for a Jacuzzy room: -The fridge simply doesnt cool down drinks a t all and we tried it on several rooms and it simply doesnt work, its a cheap mini fridge that simply does not do the job and quite dissapointing -On the second day there was not hot water on the place for hours and noone did anything about it -There were not sunbeds aor laying chairs on the roof top pool on the seaview building when we were there -The jacuzzy watrer gets pretty dirty after one time use specially over night and there is no way to drain the water by yourself, you have to call the engineer which is rather annoying -The top shower head was also not working and there was absolutely not water pressure. All in all we think is a really great place with a lot of potential unfortunately the management from what we could gather is totally crealess and is leaving the place at its own fate. Once again the staff was very helpful but upon paying the premium price for a Jacuzzy room we beleive the above points have to be a min to justify that rate.

At the end of town farest from the beach (but walkable to the sea) this hotel is essentially an apartment building with few facilities, but close to the local market and a bar area frequented by expats and retirees. Parking is limited, but few residents seem to have cars. No facilities such as swimming or gym, but easy to walk to local restaurants etc. I would stay again for a night or two. Bang Saray is separate from Pattaya and Jomtien (and much less racy) but closed in by the Sattahip peninsular, which is a Thai naval base.

This hotel is located in the fishing village of Bangsaray. The hotel staff we welcoming and friendly. Taking our luggage from the vehicle to the lobby and then to the room later. Parking is opposite the hotel in the adjacent area across the road. The lobby is very nice with pool and football table. The decor is nice with wooden interior and hanging pictures, oars and other fishery objects. They have fishing rods for catching squid which they will cook for you. They also have paddle boards to rent for about 200 baht per hour. The staff showed us to our room which was clean and well presented. We had the 4th floor overlooking the pool and pier with an upstairs bedroom. The stairs to the bedroom are steep so an old person or someone with leg problems should not book this room type. The bathroom was good, although the toilet was a little too close to the shower glass/wall when sitting. The shower was good, powerful and warm enough. The shower water did leak over the shower door along the rubber seal on the floor causing the bathroom to get wet. Had to use a bathroom mat to keep it dry. Towels were fresh and clean. The bed was amazingly comfortable woth soft mattress and excellent pillows. Everything was clean and very well maintained. The sofa appeared to be slight broken on the right side but not an issue. The swimming pool os an infinity pool and of good size. The restaurant serves excellent food with prices to be average to slightly over average. Good quality and taste. There is a sand pit for kids to play with swing. There are two piers, one for fishing on the left side and a cafe on the right pier. There are 3 or 4 private villas on the left pier which maybe slight expensive for most. The breakfast was included and was of good quality. Good coffee with cinnamon on top with some latte art. Not the typical coffee machines at some hotels. This seemed like it was made with care and profession. For foreigners staying here, you will enjoy it and I recommend to stay two nights. Overall, my experience at this hotel was more than perfect.

Overlooking the most remarkable coastline on Thailand’s eastern seaboard, each of the 59 villas at X2 (pronounced cross-to) Pattaya Oceanphere blends natural comforts with a sleek, modernist design. Each of the resort’s 59 private pool villas offers serene tropical living, letting you ease into a new world of luxury. Hotel check-in time: 15:00hrs Hotel check-out time: 11:00hrs
Stayed at the X2 Pattaya Oceansphere for 3 nights for a music event being hosted in the neighbourhood. We did not expect this level of service in terms of professionalism, speed and care. The layout of the property is interesting. There's the main building that hosts all the main communal functions such as check-in areas, a restaurant and a pool. I'm sure most guests wouldn't find this building that useful due to its limited function and mediocre pool. The main perks are basically all in your villas--but that is complemented by good service from the team of staff. We ordered in room dining and service was very quick and responsive. When we ordered food delivery from outside, the staff did not waste any time bringing what we ordered in almost immediately. Rooms were ofcourse cleaned very professionally. Ours was tastefully decorated. Given the majority of the villas were made of large windows, we thought oh there's a music festival goers staying with us everywhere in the property and I feared some of us may even disturb other guests with music blasting from the in-room speaker which was provided in every room. Turned out the soundproofing was so good the moment you shut your door, barely anything can be heard outside. Breakfast was better than expected but not in anyway outstanding. We loved the fact that there are made fresh menus that is not just eggs but extended all the way to select Thai favourites such as Padthai or even sausage burgers. Would definitely come back! Either with friend groups or families.

Prices are excellent, I have stayed with my friend for a weekend, and I am so happy that we found this place. I will start from check-in the lobby where very nice, friendly and professional duty manager greeted us with a smile and handed over our room keys. The room was lovely, super clean with most comfortable bed I have ever slept on! and OMG love the pillows!!!:))) bathroom with shower very clean. Reception was very helpful in directing us to nice pub and club, so we have great night out as well. I really like the fact that the owners thought of everything to please our stay! We tried room food service and it was delivered well within 20 mins to our room! so happy with our stay that actually was sad to leave! Definitely recommended!! must advice to meet the owner if he is around, kind of look alike of George Clooney!!

We booked for the past weekend on recommendation and looking at a brochure and on line advertising. On arrival we were taken to our room on 7th floor. Nice view of the smog and ocean over a few jungle plots. Room size was adequate but decor minimal and industrial. All concrete. The mattress was very hard and only one pillow per bed, no double beds available. Bathroom minimally stocked, only one small soap and shampoo. Nowhere to hang towel or rest soap in shower cubicle. Only one towel per guest. Nowhere to hang wet clothes or towels. The wooden doors have not been varnished and are showing bad watermarking. Breakfast was minimal, coffee machine broken nobody could fix it for breakfast. Eggs were cold and no bacon or other items normally found. Very expensive for what we got. Will not return or suggest others do.
