The Hubertus Hof Landhotel and Restaurant is located eight hundred meters from the southern shore of Lake Balaton in a park forest. Our newly renovated (2016) rooms and suites can provide perfect relaxation for families and friends. In our famous a la carte restaurant, we offer angus beef from our own farm and seasonal dishes made from other localy fresh ingredients. You can even make a short break to us because our restaurant's door is open to everyone. The landhotel's concept is known mainly in Germany, so it is called hotels that were built on large farms and rural land. Our hotel also offers a wide variety of recreational opportunities, plus we are the perfect location and has a great lay out for family gatherings, team buildings, and small conferences or meetings. The huge forrest and wilderness around us attracts many hunters as well. We are pet friendly! Come and visit us!
Peaceful retreat with great pool area and amazing food
Reviewed By sonlukA resort-style hotel set in a well-kept garden, under the shadow of old plane trees. The hotel claims to be 3*, however there are several elements that would justify a 4* category - spacious and nicely decorated room, free water and juice in the room replenished every day, a bathrobe, fresh towels for the pool, attentive staff that makes you feel welcome, etc. The stainless steel pool is very inviting, the whole area was very peaceful even in the peak season. The pride of the hotel is its restaurant serving Angus beef from their own cattle farm. We ate there 4 times, having tried both meat and veggie dishes and we liked everything. The only letdown for me was the lack of a proper lever espresso machine in the bar, and the mattress could have been better too. Balatonfenyves itself is a small, bit sleepy coastal village, with couple of beach buffets and a very nice yacht club. All in all, I’d love to come back one day.

Great Hotel, but no english spoken
Reviewed By Greig CI had made a booking with booking.com based on information provided saying they speak your language and close to wine area which said approx. 10km and that new hotel. When we got there the hotel looks great, but when I went to speak English no one spoke English at all not even a single word which is misleading lucky my sister in law spoken Hungarian, next problem was that while it is 10km to wine area by boat if you have to drive its over 40km away but only private boats or water taxi so had to catch a train down to the next town and then boat which was in the end turned out to be a great way to travel and day out. The hotel is more western standard compared to typical Europe standards which was great modern, air conditional room with balcony. Lift, down stairs there is bar, billards and bowling alley. At reception a restaurant and outside green space with seat, tables and chairs, while it was peak season hotel not busy. Great views to the lake and boats and short walk to go swimming in lake balaton. We ate diner her service and food was great. Breakfast was included in the price and vest tasty and plentiful. Overall apart from speaking no English, it would be hard if you did not have someone there that spoke Hungarian I would recommended this hotel and location and great to catch the commuter ferry over to wine region

Reviewed By liviahpCsaládoknak ideális!!! Klassz, hogy minden apartman-rész külön bejáratú! Tiszta, kellően felszerelt, rendezett. Nagyon kedves, rugalmas és figyelmes tulajdonos! Van egy kis kert, terasz, pár gyerekjáték is, kocsival be lehet állni. Légkondi nincs, de a földszinti apartmanban a ventillátor is elég volt, a 31 fokos kánikula ellenére nem volt bent meleg:) közel a strand és a bolt, jó étkezdék 15-20 perc sétára és sok-sok játszótér, több “babaöböl” a parton kisebb gyerekeknek. Van lehetőség sétahajózásra, kisvasutazásra-amit mi nem próbáltunk, de legközelebb tuti, biztosan vissza fogunk jönni?

Reviewed By Sebastian ZZarezerwowaliśmy apartament dwupokojowy. Wystrój pokoi jest tematyczny, bardzo klimatyczny i ciepły. Można poczuć się jak w domu. W pokoju pełna kuchnia i jadalnia. Przejście do drugiego pomieszczenia jest możliwe przez korytarz lub ogromny taras (apartament na piętrze). Do tego każdy pokój ma balkon. Z naszego można było podziwiać Balaton. Wszędzie czysto choć nie przesadnie. Osoby bardzo wrażliwe mogłyby mieć minimalne zastrzeżenia. WiFi bardzo szybie. Amazon Prime działał bez najmniejszych zawieszeń. Parking bezpłatny. Mili właściciele. 200m dalej fajna knajpa. Kilka kroków do Balatonu. Dobre miejsce by zatrzymać się na noc w drodze do Chorwacji. Polecam.

Reviewed By hugo186Bardzo fajne miejsce. szczególnie gdy zarezerwuje się domek z bezpośrednim dostępem do Basenu. Warto zaznaczyć że basen jest dzielony z innymi apartamentami. Woda w basenie jest podgrzewana dzięki czemu dzieciaki mogą spędzać kilka godzin w basenie. Pomieszczenia bardzo czyste. Miejsce położone jest około 3 minuty od autostrady. Blisko wejścia do Balatonu. Minusem jest słabe internet oraz niewygodne materace które wymagają wymiany, bo po tygodniu spania można się nabawić bólu pleców. Poza tym wszystko ok. Basen czynny w godz. 10:00 do 23:00. podświetlany. Wewnątrz znajduje się parking. każdy pokój klimatyzowany z osobna. Bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia wraz z akcesoriami.

Nice but worn down
Reviewed By Lina BIt's a lovely building with beautiful placement by the lake. Ther is a big garden with a nice pool and lots of activities for children. The rooms are big and bright with big bathrooms. The hostess is very nice and service minded. And the breakfast is fantastic! On the other hand is the beds extremely hard, it's like sleeping on the floor. The standard in the bathroom is old, but ok. Thera are no shower curtains so prepair for a wet bathroom when you shower. The electric sockets were hanging out from the walls wich is very dangerous. All and all, it is a nice B&B but they are lacking in details. And it is quite a walk to the public beach.

The people at the door were extremely loud and passed racist remarks to my colleagues. Please do yourself and your family a favour and avoid this pig style

Reviewed By EndrekisA fényképek alapján nehezen lehet elképzelni, hogy milyen igénytelen a hely. Utazgatásaim során egyedül egy szerbiai hostelben találkoztam hasonló állapotokkal. Az is furcsa, hogy a hely itt Balatoni City Hotel, amíg a Bookingon Balatoni Retro Villa név alatt szerepel.

Reviewed By henisandorA megérkezéskor nem volt recepció, úgy szólított le egy nő a bejárat előtti padokon, akire azt hittük vendég, hogy hova megyünk. A szobákat több perc tanakodás után találták ki, hogy melyik legyen. Egy hölgy vezetett fel a szobához, aminek az ajtaját csak többszöri nelifeszülés után lehetett kinyitni. Belépve a szobába egy félig bevételt ágy, 2 éjjeliszekrény, melyeken az előző bérlő által használt pohárnyomok valamint kibontott ragadós tócsa volt. A padló levelekkel, kosszal, porral tele. A mosdó közös volt. Belépve hugyszag, szőrrel tele a padló, a lefolyó. A WC szintén közös volt. 1 darab az egész emeleten, plusz egy piszoár. Koszos volt, WC papír n volt benne szinte soha. 4 zuhanyzó volt, abból 2be volt csak melegvíz.

Reviewed By Ildikó CA foglaláskor látott fotók és a valóság köszönő viszonyban sincs egymással! A szállás elfoglalásakor úgy tűnt, h rendben van a hely! De az ágyazásnál kiderült, h nem kaptunk tiszta ágyneműt! Annyira nem, h némi testnedv is volt az állítólag tiszta ágyneműn! Elszomorító, h ilyet megengedhet egy szállóhely! Az, hogy a fürdőben és a nappaliban omlik a fal, az ehhez képest semmi. A szobának nincs természetes világítása.
