This is a nice homestay, it's at the end of the little town pac ngoi. The views from the terrace are great. Breakfast (40k) is pancakes with banana, honey and other fruit. Lunch (40k) is not great, usually fried rice or fried noodles. Dinner (100k) is always great and fun.

Ba Be Lake View homestay is the highest homestay in Pac Ngoi village. From our homestay, you can enjoy the best view of the lake as well as the rice fields. Let us welcome you to enjoy the beautiful scenery and authentic life of the Tay people here!
We had an excellent 3 day stay with the family. I requested a soft mattress and they provided one. Fabulous friendly family and wonderful food. They really looked after us and made every effort to ensure that our stay was exceptional - which it was. Highly recommended

Mr Linh's Homestay is a boutique accommodation specially designed based on the rustic style of "homestay", residing deep in the pristine forest of Coc Toc village, Ba Be National Park, right on the lakeside of the legendary Ba Be lake. The accommodation itself is a combination of 5 different ethnic tribes living in Ba Be National Park. Coming to Mr Linh's Homestay you will have a chance to unwind yourself with nature and try the local specialties that cannot be seen elsewhere made by Tay people.
Mr. Linh has well-positioned real estate on Ba Be Lake in northeastern Vietnam. We spent a night there on a three-day tour (run by Mr. Linh's Adventures) that included Ban Gioc Waterfall. You can boat, trek, play in the water, or just relax. Breakfast and dinner are simple, traditional, tasty, and filling. Bathrooms are shared and well-kept with surprisingly nice stone bathtubs. If Ba Be Lake is your destination, Mr. Linh's place is probably one of your better options.

a resting place after long journeys, serving thoughtful diners about dishes and bedroom services, introducing the nationalistic identity of the nation, introducing tourists to Ba Be Lake and monks hiking. Jute is an ideal place to try life experiences and cultural places.
Great place with a kind family to welcome us! They don't speak english but they use google translate. Food was very good! It's a basic accomodation (shared bathrooms, thin wall, etc) but was ok for me.

During our 3-day trip in Ba Be, we stayed at this home stay at the lake. The view from the terrace was breathtaking. The rooms were more than OK, with the needed A/C. The banana pancakes for breakfast were a nice surprise. But we mostly loved the hospitality of the guest family. The last evening, we were invited, together with our local guide and driver, to join them for dinner and of course the shots of rice wine. We had a great time here! Greetings from Belgium. This is one of the best places I have stayed in all my travels in the past year. The family that runs the place are super sweet and helpful. The room was cheap and great. I rented a motor bike from them and got advice where to go for day trips. I had dinner and free breakfast each day and. The prices are very reasonable and the food servings were to much for me to finish. They pride themselves on service and politeness. I highly reccomend you stay here!

I've been to this place at least 4-5x already and I still love it: Located in Pac Ngoi village directly with view on the water (from their huge and cozy terrace), awesome home-cooked food, friendly hosts, good value for the money and the option to book tours on Ba Be lake with your own private boat (whole day 6h+ for approx. 600,000 VND). For people who visit Ba Be for the first time this place might be a bit inconvenient as place is pretty far away from the park's gate/bus drop off and because the hosts speak only little English. But they are very friendly and try everything they can to make you feel at home. In my opinion, such homestays are much more authentic than those hotels or large guest houses around the area.
