Found in a guide book on Cuenco-oddly noted for its showers. No lie, this place has awesome showers-lots of water pressure and lots of hot water. Really remarkable. Breakfast (included) served on the rooftop terrace-so lovely. Remarkable personal service from front desk guy, Henry. Highly recommend

Our experience at Four Points by Sheraton Cuenca was all that I expected. From check in to check out the service by your front desk staff was stellar. As with our previous visits the staff were professional, gracious and always providing service with a smile ?. We so appreciated the service during our dining. Breakfast, lunch or dinner! Great food with exceptional service.

Our hotel is located in a recently restored heritage building in the historic center of Cuenca. We offer 12 elegant guest rooms that invite you to enjoy your stay in Cuenca in a traditional environment at the most comfortable level. Each room has a private bath with modern installations. The Forum Hotel charm comes from the conservation of the original elements of the building. Those elements are mainly the two courtyards, adobe walls, wooden balconies and wrought iron elements, and traditional tiling. A classic living room with hand painted ceiling round up the picture, which recalls the old times. The guest rooms are more modern, inviting our guests to feel at home. Committed to preserving the environment, we use LED technology lighting, which significantly reduces our energy consumption.
Lovely stay in a great location in central Cuenca. Located just a few blocks from the center of town, about 10 minutes from airport and 5 from bus station. Very friendly staff who can help guide you to anything in town. We had delicious breakfast every morning.

The Hotel Victoria is a first class hotel located in the ravine of the city of Cuenca, on the River Tomebamba. Its face is a beautiful mixture of bourgeois aristocrat construction brick and marble interior is decorated with typical elements of our culture. Its spacious and brokers allow a peaceful and pleasant stay.
I did not know what to expect from Cuenca but from the time I arrived everyone was incredibly friendly here. The staff at Hotel Victoria were superb and gave me excellent recommendations. My room was a bargain for the price and breakfast was great. The hotel is an ideal location, walking distance to all the great restaurants. Excellent place to stay in Cuenca.

The hotel is located in the main town of Cuenca, the most beautiful city of Ecuador. Today it is a homely hotel: a house with a story. Here it is possible to see many objects that describe the Ecuador life's. "Casa de las Rosas" is full of memories that are also the history of Cuenca, a piece of history that can't be found on books.
Nice and spacious with big bathrooms and big beds, just be careful with the climbing gear keeping them together. Nice and accomodating staff. It's an old building, with all the pros and cons that come with it.

My friend and I stayed at this hotel for three nights. I have been travelling South America for 8 weeks and have stayed in a number of accommodations across Colombia, Peru and Ecuador. I can confidently say that this was the best experience I have had, by far. Marcos is exceptional. He was so attentive - from ensuring our laundry was cared for and at the requested time; calling us cabs, helping us with our bags. Breakfast was nothing short of incredible. Marcos’ service was prompt and efficient and the spread was great! Perfect assortment and lots of wonderful food provided. We were in a beautiful suite that was cleaned every day and anything we needed was immediately tended to. I really cannot say enough about the hospitality and work ethic that Marcos showcased. The hotel itself was clean, quiet and the beds were very comfortable. I could go on and on. You will NOT regret staying here.

In one of the most beautiful areas of the city of Cuenca, between the rivers Tomebamba and Yanuncay, is found an old stately house, beautifully restored, which now functions as the Hostaled la Casona. The hotel is located in a secure and tranquil residential zone, very close to historic downtown, and just a few minutes away from museums, theaters and the principal financial and commercial districts of the city.
Stayed here with G adventures. Very nice hotel. Comfortable. Modern. Good bathroom, lovely bed. Excellent breakfast. We ate around the corner at a 'Dot House'. Walked into the central square (about 30 - 45 minutes).

Flore Hotel Boutique, is part of one of the main architectural environments of Cuenca, because it is in the back of the Cathedral of the Immaculate or New and in front of the park of Las Flores and the Monastery of El Carmen. Also is the arch of brick Seen when entering, is adorned with figures of roses similar to those existing in the New Cathedral.
We could not get Wifi to work and considering we were both working from this establishment we needed Wifi. After two days of failed attempts to correct the situation we had to leave to find working Wifi. We had paid for a month and were there only 2 days - you would think we would be able to get a decent amount of our money back given it was no fault of our own. They promised we would get a refund back within days. Instead, we got made up charges and reasons why they were unable to give us our refund. Do yourself a favor and if you need Wifi find another place to stay.
