Reviewed By ScottBenjaminPleasantly surprised by this country resort. The newly built La Dolce Villa was comfortable, roomy and clean. The grounds were verdant and lush, with two pools and an excellent gym. The restaurant and breakfast buffet were reasonable and generous. A reliable option for a country stay in Avare.

Reviewed By LinaBrazilThis is a hotel indicated to families, especially with children. We spent 2 nights there. Activities: the hotel area is huge and there’s a lot do do, outdoors and indoors. You can do many different activities (adults and children) and the hotel has a schedule of activites for the day and night. Facilities: the hotel seems to be a little old, but is clean. The room has a good size, shower is good, bed and pillows are confortable. There are not non-smoking areas and maybe that’s why our room smelled a little bad at our checkin. Green areas are well maintained. As my daughter is little, we asked for bed protection grids.But were a little low. Suggestion for the hotel: to establish non-smoking areas, especially at rooms. Food: Delicious and varied! The hotel offers 4 meals: breakfast (7:45 – 10:00), lunch (13:00 – 15:00), a coffee-break (17:00 – 18:00) and dinner (19h30 – 21:00). Suggestion for the hotel: to antecipate 30 minutes the meals. It’s a bit late for small children to have lunch at 13:00 and dinner at 19:30. Staff: very attentive. Wi-fi: did not work well. Adequation to special needs: the hotel is not easly accessible by people with special needs. A lot of stairs and few ramps. Suggestion for the hotel: to review accessibility. Maybe I would not indicate for couples especially during school vacations and for people who want to relax during the day and early in the night. Children and parents speak loud at the rooms areas during the day as they come and go from the heated pool/ courts to the restaurant, and also until 11pm, when activities usually finish. And also during the day and at night, monitors with children may do activities that pass through these areas and there’s noise. In short, it’s a good option and would return with my family again.

Nice Stay
Reviewed By Jelo11Spent a night on business at this property. This hotel has good and easy access from the highway. There are several hotel buildings that make up the complex which adds some character. Rooms are slightly larger than the norm in Brasil and the supper and breakfast were both better than average. IPSec had a nice stay.

Mas algumas ressalvas, que não precisa de muito pra melhorar é só querer! 1- não tem maleiro, na hora do check out eu deixei as malas prontas e fui até a recepção porque estava sozinha com minha filha pequena e avisei q já tava tudo pronto é só precisava que alguém tirasse minhas malas e me disseram q só fariam check out quando eu tirasse tudo! Falei q estava sozinha com uma criança e ele disse q então iria me ajudar! Sendo q não tinha ninguém na recepção, somente eu pra atender! Um treinamento pra esses meninos já resolveria! E acho q não custa nada se estão lá sentados no celular, poderiam ajudar! 2- agora olhem o absurdo! No quarto tem uma luminária em metal, que se você deixa ela ligada ela queima! Minha filha foi desligar a luminária e encostou no metal, queimou 3 dedos! Um absurdo total! Fui na recepção e eles tbm não tinham nada de primeiros socorros para queimadura! Agora me diz o que uma luminária que queima faz no quarto? Qualquer pessoa pode encostar ali e se queimar! E isso não tem custo para o hotel, é só tirar as luminárias! E conversando com uma pessoa no hotel descobrimos q não foi a primeira vez! Espero que alguém do hotel leia isso e faça alguma coisa!
