Once again staying the long weekend in Auckland, in the new Pinnacle Tower. The rooms were biger than the older part of the hotel and furnished beautifully. Not sure about the big window from the bathroom into the bedroom. The new Club Lounge is mre "serviceable" not as lush as the old one. Service was to-notch. Unfortunatly as it was the long weekend and very busy, staff were very 'stretched'.

The hotel is surrounded by awesome restaurants and the foyer felt really luxurious and welcoming. I especially loved the huge stone coffee table. The room was amazing. Looked and smelt unused & was very clean. I loved trying out the touch pad to work the blinds and heat and lighting. The bathroom tiling was a massive highlight, as was the yum smelling products to use in the bathroom. The bed was super comfy, with tonnes of pillows to choose from. The reception staff were very friendly and everything about the place just made me want to come back again :)

Pause for a moment of ‘wow’ as you walk through the lobby, a sleek century-old courthouse transformed for an impressive arrival. Then rise up to your room. Once climbed by legendary French Spiderman Alain Robert, our towering hotel takes the meaning of ‘home away from home’ to new heights. Above it all, slide into a contemporary vibe and discover Auckland from the city centre. You’ve got culture, entertainment and the great outdoors on your doorstep!

Sleek rooms, gorgeous views, the perfect location - have it all at Hilton Auckland. Our waterfront hotel has sundecks, private balconies and walls of windows for views of the harbour you won't find anywhere else. We're a quick walk from the central business district and Quay Street restaurants, shops and nightlife. Our 24-hour concierge team is happy to set up sightseeing tours during your stay. Enjoy fresh seafood in FISH Restaurant, complete with panoramic harbour views, or head downstairs to Bellini Bar for coffee, a bite to eat or expertly mixed cocktail. Our outdoor lap pool is on the fourth floor of the hotel, suspended above the wharf. Swim to the end of the pool to see the underwater viewing window that looks out to the harbour over to the North Shore.
We checked in late after arriving from the US. All the usual services were in play, and we awoke to a beautiful iew of Auckland harbor. The breakfast was special because t focused on healthy options, including some from the sea! After a side-trip to Wellington, we returned and the same staff greeted us like old friends. The restaurant FISH was superb (2nd floor), as was the Belini Bar on the 1st floor.

Overlooking Waitematā Harbour, Park Hyatt Auckland is a sophisticated, waterfront residence that enriches guests with authentic and intimate experiences. Stylish and spacious guest rooms incorporate Maori accents, such as custom designed tukutuku panels and rugs, made from New Zealand wool. The hotel's dynamic culinary spaces are purposefully designed for guests to socialise, dine and relax alongside panoramic water views. After a busy day of exploring, guests can relax and unwind at the spa and 25 m infinity pool with sweeping views of Auckland Harbour.
The hotel is also well-located, close to stores, restaurants and the harbor. Love the design and layout of the room. It was new and clean. Hotel staff was also extremely helpful and a joy to work with. I also like that they had different food options including a full service restaurant but also a more casual cafe that also has good take out options.

We book the harbor view room with club access. quite a lot of money but a weekend away so wanted to spoil ourselves. nice room, nice view etc. there was no info on the club room provided, normally would expect a letter from management advising times and location etc. found the club room on the bottom floor with no real view as I would expect, food was very disappointing, dried up sausage rolls, prawn twists and a bit of cheese. no way near the expectations of a French modeled hotel or experiences I have had elsewhere. i am still not sure what time it was drinks and canapes where meant to start but at 6pm things were just starting to get sorted out and definitely did not feel like the description on their site and not worth over $800 per night. As mentioned room was nice, the air con was broken and stuck on warm, so we left the window open to cool it. i am sure they would have fixed it but by the time we worked out it was stuck on warm it was later and we could not be bothered with the fuss. Breakfast the next morning again was good, but not great and again felt like attention to detail was missing. nice hotel and would stay again but not book club rooms or the breakfast.

Travelodge Hotel Auckland Wynyard Quarter is positioned in the middle of the action in the fast-developing Wynyard Quarter precinct, close to the Waitemata Harbour at the western edge of the Auckland waterfront. Auckland is the perfect destination for travellers looking to get out into nature, as the city’s position between two large harbours ensures that adventure is always nearby. Rent a yacht from Viaduct Harbour, visit picturesque black sand beaches, native rainforest, local vineyards, and the many beautiful viewpoints to discover across Auckland, formed by volcanic activity in the area many years ago. If you can’t get enough of the amazing views, the famous Sky Tower that looms over the CBD will give you extensive views of all that there is to discover during your time in this magical city.
My room was comfortable - but there's no room service available in this facility, something which surprised me given the price! Bed was comfortable, with a range of pillows to choose from. Noise from other guests is pretty audible, so would recommend ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.
