From the moment I walked in, I already felt special as there's welcome sign recognizing me as the "Guest of the Day." How cool is that! Not only that we were given a welcome gift bag with Puma socks, a bottle of water, and some chocolates, plus some typical bonus points for members with status. I've been to a lot of IHG properties around the country, but this one just stands out as a special, different hotel. Angela at the front desk was super nice and efficient. Our room was nice and comfy for a family. Breakfast was fulfilling and had some hot options. I would highly recommend this hotel to guests.

Word to the staff, when people stay with kids put them on lower floors and/or don’t put them above PLATINUM MEMBERS. I should’ve stayed at the Holiday Inn Express next door, which is newer and probably more sound proof. My loyalty got me an unwelcomed wake up. The hot breakfast was good. Didn’t use any other amenities. The headboards are peeling. I’ve stayed twice and the beds/pillows are comfortable, but when you move the pillows the headboards are flaking/peeling. They look nice I. The photos, but they need to be replaced.

We are offering clean, newly renovated rooms representing Days Inn by Wyndham. Due to King County restrictions for breakfast due to COVID-19, we are providing all guests with a Grab'n'Go breakfast. We are located right behind the Auburn Municipal Airport which provides our guests the best views in the whole city of Auburn that no other hotel can match.

Blanket (one) has two cigarette holes burned through. Furniture is beat to crap. A/C unit leaks water on floor. No room cleaning. No water cups in room, just two paper coffee cups. Toilet doesn't flush correctly. Bed is hard. Advertising breakfast but there is none. TV gets four channels. When expressed my concern to the owner they said we had one of their "best" rooms! And "what do you expect, it's Auburn ". Stay away !!!!

Worst stay ever!!!

When he arrived, there was another guest yelling at the desk clerk about a filthy room & they wanted a refund. Once he was checked in, he went to his room to find one queen bed when we'd clearly reserved a double queen. He went back to the desk, they said to give them ten mins & they'd have another room ready -the same room the other person was upset about. He finally gets checked in: room's decent.....next day, shower doesn't work. He is gone all day, returning after 1030pm to find his room key doesn't work. Goes to the desk, there's no one there, just a 'no vacancy' sign. 20 minutes later, he calls me to tell me what's going on. He's tried to call the desk, can hear the phone ringing, it transfers him to a customer's room. I called the number online, selected front desk & get a message saying that extension is unavailable. Select option for new reservations & a gentleman with a thick accent answers. I explain what's going on, that somebody needs to contact whoever is supposed to be at that desk. He says he'll call the property. Places me on hold, call disconnects. My husband texts me that the guy came back in, after stumbling out of a van in the parking lot & reeking of pot. We've stayed at $40/night motel 6s with better service! Ridiculous.
