Reviewed By D6158UEjuliarFriendly & helpful service, nicely decorated rooms, good breakfast with (very important!) good coffee. My room though was towards the road and definitely would benefit from sound-proof windows (constant traffic noise at night). Otherwise a hotel to be recommended!

Reviewed By sayokeshkumarThe service is really good. We asked for a baby bed and they immediately gave one. The rooms are good, neat and clean. They cut down the costs by having no fridge, cupboards and other fancy stuff. Overall, a decent stay!

I am terribly disappointed
Reviewed By agnesvandermoereI was travelling, without access to a computer (only iphone) and when I got the confirmation mail asking for on line check-in, the address of the hotel was not in the mail. I knew I had to go to Muchen Ost Messe and looked for the address on Safari, I found the address of the Ibis Suite Munchen Ost Messe. I didn't realise this was another hotel. When I arrived, the hotel was closed. I called the number that was on the door and got no answer.... so, I continued my travel (after more than 1000 km that same day

The Reception has a very friendly and helping team, they really made sure that my wife and i had a great stay in Munich even in during these conditions. The Hotel is very clean and has all the extra safety tools needed to keep safe from Corona. The location is also very practical, we had to walk 5 minutes to the train always one direction and it took us directly into the city. The food we ordered at La Zuccas right across the hotel was also Delicious and fast delievered directly to our room. We ordered breakfast to our rooms for an affordable price and it was just to notch and on time. The Reception team was also very careing and always asked if we need anything els . I had a great time and i would Recomend to anybody staying in Munich!

Officially the Tiniest Room Ever
Reviewed By KimCarlKidsI would give it one star because I was very claustrophobic in the room. The toilet is about a foot from the shower and they don’t keep the air conditioning available allowing only a crack in the window but, the staff was quite lovely. It’s close to train as well.

A good enough hotel
Reviewed By BusterMumOnly a one night stay and the hotel was fine for this. Location was quiet - but a long way from Munich centre €50 taxi journey. Clean and comfortable but room furnishings seemed a little tired. One lift was a little temperamental during the stay and only worked when it felt like it. Reported it but didn’t improve the next morning. Bar closed at 12 - night staff were able to get drinks but we were not allowed to have these in the bar but take through to reception area to drink - wasn’t very “cosy”. Breakfast was ok - have had better to be honest. Would we stay again ? Possibly, if it was just for one night.
