We visit Annaberg as part of our honeymoon in Austria before visiting my husband's family in the Czech Republic for Christmas. We stayed at the port hotel Dachstein West for three nights, and the food was delicious. Everyone at the front desk was accommodating and helpful. The whole hotel was spotless, to the point that we felt comfortable enough to use the sauna after skiing. We are coming back for sure.

Offering romantic panoramic views, Luxuslodge in Austria's Annaberg-Lungotz resort area is a perfect place to get away from it all. The luxury lodge offers three large chalets, each equipped with a kitchen, separate living room with fireplace, ski storage area, carport and spa area with sauna and relaxation room. The chalets allow guests privacy while also offering all the services a four-star hotel, from catering to massages and beauty treatments. Added luxuries, including breakfast basket, bathrobes and Wi-Fi, are also available free of charge. The lodge is ideal year-round: in winter it provides direct access to the ski slopes of Dachstein-West; in summer the area becomes a popular hiking spot.
Don't look any further. We stayed at the Chalet Riedlkar, it's a beautiful small Chalet (for up to 4, we were just 2) equipped with everything you need (fully equipped kitchen, Great TV station incl. xbox, Netflix, etc, a fireplace...) and a huge and beautiful terrace (inc. a private hotpot and BBQ) overlooking the Mountains. Mrs. Schwaighofer the owner goes above and beyond for whatever you need, you will get a fridge full of fruits and vegetables, every day in the morning the bread is delivered fresh from the local bakery and right afterwards you will get some sweats. On top of that they have a great selection of Austrian Wines and beer. I can't think of any better way to experience a great familiy vacation in Austria.

We were lodging in cabin no. 22 for a week in August. First of all- I have to say that due to the COVID 19 circumstances, the team of Alpendorf really soften their policy with cancellation, and we’re very helpful with our concerns with uncertainty before our arrival, response times were very quick! The location itself is very beautiful, surrounded by mountains and green hills, which led us to choose this place. The cabin is located a bit steep and had a parking with a slight distance of walk (50-80 meters walking distance), with luggage it’s a bit complicated but we were allowed to park our car for a while to reload our belongings. What mostly surprised us was the operation times for the check-in and the pool which were very narrow. Above all, I can say that we were satisfied, the unit was really big and comfy, equipped with most important things such washing machine, dishwasher etc. (but without a Nespresso coffee machine).

Cozy family-run hotel, situated in Annaberg im Lammertal in the heart of the Dachstein West ski area, offering comfortable rooms w/fantastic views of the Salzburg Dolomites. All rooms are equipped with shower, toilet, telephone, WiFi and TV. Most rooms have a balcony. Located next to hiking and mountain-bike trails, ski lift and slope. Features: cafe-terrace, sauna, ping-pong, modern underground shooting range, pool, children's playground, free parking and guided hikes on request.
We've been here during a mtb tour. The hotel is placed on top of Annaberg with a greta view on the mountains. The wellness area is not too big. You can eat inside and outside: we were on half board and dishes were good enough. I saw a table eating 'a la carte' and the plates looed very interesting

Just a perfect accomodation in a VERY nice and quiet place. It's safe for the children because it's the end of the road. I would highly recommend this accomodation. I'm going to visit this place again.

We spent one night at this hotel during our road trip. The staff speak practically no English. Lady who checked us in at night just too rude. The rooms are ageing and ill-furnished. One of the rooms we got had washbasin in the bedroom. When we went to the bar on ground floor to have a beer. The lady at the bar preferred to smoke and chat with other customers at the bar counter than serve the beer. When I complained she laughed and served the beer. There was clearly no manager to complain to. However, in the morning there was a different lady to handle the affairs. She could not speak English but she was polite. Breakfast was wholesome.

A great family apparthotel set in a fantastic location with a great blend of traditional alpine lodge with modern touch in the apartment. We spent 6 nights here with late teenage twins and had a great time. Apparent was very spacious, well appointed and very modern (clearly recently renovated and very well maintained). Very high standard of cleanliness. The grounds have good facilities and we particularly enjoyed many games on the foosball table overlooking the mountains. English spoken and easy booking / check-in via internet. Close proximity to great sights such as Salzkammergut (Dachstein) and Gossau Lake. Would definitely recommend.
