Relax and Enjoy the Food+Drinks
Reviewed By juanpablod619The hotel is one of the best places to relax and enjoy some days to disconnect from everything else. It is really clean, the rooms are great, the pool zone is really clean and comfortable. But what we liked the most from the hotel was the food, it is excellent, with a Menu having multiple options for entrees, main courses and desserts. And the drinks as well are really good. Finally, the attention was great, we didn't had any issues and everything went better than planned.

Reviewed By M9491VDelizabethmEs un hotel netamente familiar, sobre todo si tienes niños pequeños, muy bien adecuado, bien mantenido, los espacios son hermosos, los desayunos muy enfocados también a los niños y todas las actividades ludicas igual. Cosas a mejorar :el personal es multifuncional, la niña de la recepción arregla habitaciones, sirve desayunos, por lo tanto la recepción está desatendida casi siempre. En nuestra habitación no servia el citofono y según vi en otros comentarios antiguos tenían el mismo problema, o sea no corrigen los errores. La cama muy dura y pequeña, tuvimos que comprar insecticida porque los zancudos nos comieron vivos apenas entramos al baño. Nos ubicaron en una habitación al frente de la piscina de niños cuando nosotros íbamos en plan pareja (eso deberían tenerlo en cuenta). Los complejos de habitaciones, villas, aparta estudios son muy lindos pero tienen cero privacidad, ventanas con ventanas... Y lleno de niños... Difícil para los que vamos en plan romántico. En general, delicioso con niños y en familia, incómodo para las parejas solas.

Reviewed By Nazly LWe decided to spend New Year in this place with my family to do something different. It was everything included. The hotel is ok but can improve a lot. The rooms are small and needs more cleaning, in general is ok but need more detail. In the restaurant the food was ok but not great plus there was only one or maximum two options to choose from. They have choices from the menu but one time we ask for smtg and they didnt have it. The service is quite slow and lousy. The waiters are not very knowlegable and very slow. The only day that the food was better was during the New Year dinner. That night they had a DJ and fireworks. There is a pool, a game room and a gym that is not very good neither. There was no Wifi in the hotel. The place is in good location as it is in the mountain and get a lot of fresh air that helps to bring down the temperature in the shadow. I personally wouldnt come back.

Nos quedaríamos un puente y al final alargamos la estadía por dos semanas. Wi fi de buena calidad lo que permite realizar teletrabajo. Al final buena experiencia Gracias a Kevin y a Luisa por su atención y buena onda
