Reviewed By rajithmpWhat a beautiful hotel! We booked this hotel for our function and also for our friends to come stay at! The double rooms were decent size and the other rooms were huge - so much space and simple yet luxurious! The food was amazing, plenty of choices, maybe even too many cuisines but i guess that serves for all type of tourists! The staff were very friendly and the hotel management went out of their way to come and say thank you and were very appreciative! Can't fault this hotel! Highly recommended!

Family oriented treatment
Reviewed By Herbert FMr. Prasanna, the owner of the property picked us up in the airport on July 21, 2019 10pm and arrived in Kandy by 1am the following day. We are Filipino tourist based in Dubai. We got invited by our Sri lankan friend to see the sights and culture of Kandy and Nuwara Eliya. The place was clean and nice. The Sri lankan breakfast was a treat, something different, original and home cooked but we really loved it. The family treated us like their own family. We felt safe and secure on our whole trip. We got a good deal for the payment as well. They took care of our tour in Kandy, Nuwara Eliya and drop us off in Negombo as well. I will surely recommend this place to my friends because its within budget, reasonable and family oriented. Surely you will fill genuinely at home. We checked out on July 24, 2019.

Disappointed
Reviewed By nataliewarner21Booked this over 6 months ago and arrived today to a sign on the door saying 'closed'. No answer when I knocked and no answer when I phoned. Didn't have Internet as no WiFi but when I checked they had sent me a message 45 minutes before saying 'please cancel your booking'. No explanation or apology. A little bit of notice would have been good. We are IN Sri Lanka during the time of COVID-19 and one other hotel has cancelled us but given us 1 weeks notice! No excuse for this hotel not giving us notice and just shows what how poorly run and a complete lack of customer service. On a plus note we found a beautiful hotel for the same price that looks 10 times better than this hotel looks in the picture anyway!
