Eurotel Altura is located on the lovely Altura beach, in the East Algarve. All rooms have a private balcony and boost spectacular views of the sea. Buffet breakfast is included and there is free parking in the hotel.The hotel has an outdoor pool, garden area, tennis court, mini-golf, restaurant, snack bar and bar. The recently built Wellness Center has a hydrotherapy area with Turkish bath, Caribbean Shower and relaxation area. It also has massage and treatment rooms as well as a fully equipped gymnasium.Eurotel Altura also has available a special area for the younger guests, offering a Kids Club with full entertainment programme all year round.The hotel is located only 10 minutes from 6 golf courses and Faro International Airport is only 40 minutes away.
Excellent Hotel and Spa
Reviewed By john fA really nice hotel which is on the beach. Well decorated rooms with lovely views. The food is very good, particularly the seafood. The restaurant serves a la carte or buffet style, there is also a lovely restaurant on the beach. The spa and thalassotherapy were excellent. Overall this is a lovely relaxing place which I would recommend.

Um excelente local para passar dias entre a tranquilidade do campo e as excelentes praias do Sotavento Algarvio. Adorámos todas as casas em que já ficámos hospedados no Monte e sempre fomos muito bem recebidos pela família, que é bastante hospitaleira e preocupada com o bem-estar dos hóspedes. É o melhor local do Algarve para quem procura passar umas férias tranquilas, junto ao mar e à natureza.

Small pool, rooms okay, a small café beside the hotel, which is quite okay for breakfast. Reception not open on Sunday. Rather expensive for this kind of hotel - at least in July. Probably one of the ugliest hotels (old concrete block) on Algarve in front of the hotel. WLAN not in all rooms. Altura has a long flat beach, for us the rocky part of the Algarve between Faro and Sagres is a much better choice. One of the

A Rural Oasis
Reviewed By GusandDotWe were lucky enough to be booked into this delightful, renovated farmhouse for three nights in early May whilst on a cycling holiday. The family have made a wonderful job of creating a most relaxing and welcoming rural retreat that sits on high ground just a few kilometres back from the beach, the elevated position giving it fine views, cooler breezes and a feeling of calm, away from the crowded coastal strip. The garden receives great attention and looks wonderful. Across the lawn and with a panoramic view is the new swimming pool. Whether eating breakfast al fresco or reading beside the pool, the work Jose and his family have put into their holiday establishment makes it an excellent holiday destination which I would happily recommend.
