Simple hotel, kind people
Reviewed By Zoltán VThe hotel is very simple, the rooms are small and equipped with a small shower+toilet. The place is good for sleeping, but not really meant for spending time there. It is clean and the owner is very kind - although does not speak English :-). The breakfast is like the hotel: good but simple. The location is a bit far from public transport. A good place for spending a few nights.

Reviewed By Neil WThe hotel is tucked away with an out door pool in a lovely quiet location. The owners were helpful and recommended a good local restaurant where we eat. The room was clean and tidy with everything you need but thats about it.

Reviewed By JHawk50The rooms are adequately equipped, clean, and comfortable. The remote-controlled air conditioner works well. The rooms with balconies are very nice - they are equipped with a table and chairs for enjoying reading or drinking coffee. Some/most rooms have in-room coffee. Room size is good. The after-hours key dispensing machine seemed to work well enough. It is a lovely setting with flowers and trees. The wifi works well in the office - a little bit in some rooms - and not at all in others. If you have a choice, avoid the "basement" rooms underneath the office.

Come and relax at the Hotel l'Eden Roc!!! In an authentic "Provencale" old mansion, this nice little family hotel offers 9 rooms, all equipped with recent double beds, television, telephones. Far from the noise of the city, relax under the ancient trees, surrounded by the birds (free parking). At half an hour from Marseille downtown or the beaches enjoy your stay at the Hotel l'Eden Roc.

Owner was friendly rooms dingy and open plan bedroom/toilet noisy could hear the other guest snoring next door. Light coming in through the badly fitting doors. Smells very early in the morning that I presumed could be breakfast wafting in through the gaps in the door. Ideal as a youth hostel use some of the rooms as shared bathroom. Not a place to go if you want to relax. More like a get in take a sleeping tablet get up at dawn and leave. Have beautiful gardens that are just neglected
