The natural beauty of Yilan flows like an enchanted river. The surrounding county is lush with waterfalls, lakes, rivers and botanical gardens. You can spend your vacation immersed in a watery paradise, swimming, surfing, white water rafting or simply taking in the scenery. If you prefer to soak up culture, Yilan offers museums that highlight traditional crafts and natural wonders, including Bei Guan Leisure Farm, known for its head-scratching exhibits of live crabs that live in boiling volcanic springs. A street snack from the Luodong Night Market is simply a must.

I stayed here for one night from 25-26JAN2020 and was impressed. The location was very central. The capsule was perfectly clean. They did a good job maintaining cleanliness in the bathrooms and public spaces. The lockers for luggage outside the rooms worked well. I didn't like the upsell for renting a towel, but maybe that's normal in these types of accommodations. The WiFi worked fine. I thought the price somewhat steep, but it was during Chinese New Year. We had a very noisy family in the neighboring room, but they eventually quieted down after a phone call to the front desk. We did have some guy in our room who snored terribly loudly all night, but it is what it is. Decent place to sleep and then continue your journey.

Great location, situated opposite of Yilan train station, 2 minutes away from Yilan tourist information centre, 2 minutes walk to dongmen night market, lots of nice eatery shops within walking distance for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The lounger and book cafe is amazing, opens at 8am until 5pm. You can hangout here for breakfast or lunch, even for afternoon coffee. Great ambience. The dorm room is nice and spacious, the air conditioning in the room is just nice, cabinet storage is next to your bed, so is easy access and still have leg rooms before drawing the curtain. The bathroom and wc is en-suite inside the room. So easy access. There is bedroom slippers available for you. Overall the rooms, bathrooms, bookcafe they are cozy and clean. I would stay here again.

Jane Castle take the European construction, single-family detached with parking space for leisure, distinctive rooms so you feel the holiday atmosphere of different countries, so that there can be close to the people to enjoy the top of parity !!
One of the best hotel homestay we had in Taiwan! Jane, the extremely friendly lady boss prepared porridge specially for my toddler boy to help him eat better. Excellence experience with personal touch from Jane herself. We have booked 3 rooms with different themes, the stay is simply out of this world! Beautiful outdoor environment as well. Will definitely go back again!!!

spent three days there back in May. it was raining all the time, we couldn't really go out to explore the surrounding nature spots. met a lot of local backpacking peeps, friendly hosts, easy-going, very relaxed environment. however the room was really dark, the bulbs were way too dim, not good for eyes at all.

We got the whole house to our group of 9 people. Each room has an ensuite toilet which makes it really convenient. There is also a common toilet on the ground level where the common area is. We fell in love with the colourful and eclectic deco of the the whole place. Each room has its own colour theme. The owner Chris is very responsive via whatsapp and he provides value-added services by sitting down with us each night to suggest itinerary for the next day as well as plan the route for us. The breakfast spread each morning is so sumptuous that we are still missing it. It truly the best place we stayed in our entire trip! Can't wait to go back!

Nice accommodation for the family. We booked the room with slides, the kids had a blast in the room, as well as the indoor and outdoor play areas. We stayed at the 2nd Building which was newer, and had a nice cosy restaurant onsite too, run by the lovely hosts.

Cheap clean
Intro by my cousin who visited Taiwan. Cousin and each stayed a quadruple room, with other 2 cousins and my family of 5, respectively. Rooms are really spacious, my 3 kids were so excited with big, spacious room & the beds. Our rooms each have a balcony, with a nice farm view with rice fields and birds flock. Will definitely come here again. Maybe with my family & extended family. Thumbs up.

The place is managed by Linda and her mom. Both ladies were very hospitable and accommodating. They made us felt very welcomed throughout our stay. It felt like a stay over at a friend's place. In fact, the hosts' families stay on the 1st and 3rd storey; and the guest rooms are on the 2nd. The room was exactly as per the photos; big, luxurious and comfortable. And there were even Yilan titbits, beside the usual bottled water. We had a great time cycling around the area; shot some fireworks and chit-chatting with the hosts. Linda took some shots of our stay and shared them with us as mementos of our stay. Breakfast was home-cooked Taiwanese porridge. Being close to dumpling festival, we were served some dumplings made by Linda's mom. There dumplings were very yummy. Strongly recommended.
