World class skiing, decadent European style cuisine, ornamental cathedrals, peaceful island life…Canada is a patchwork of thriving cities and majestic wilderness. Montreal beckons travelers with its French charm and booming cultural landscape. In Toronto, the Art Gallery of Ontario is a vision of Frank Gehry architecture and national artistic treasures. The gleaming mountain ranges of Banff set a stunning backdrop for an exploration of the Canadian Rockies.

The staff at the Auberge internationale de Québec are always ready to welcome all travelers, alone or in groups. Come and enjoy an unforgettable experience in the beautiful Quebec City region. We are in a great location, nestled inside the walls in the center of the old city. You will be steps away from popular cultural, historical and tourist sites. Our hostel offers lots of services to make your trip simple and enjoyable.
Great location, right at the center of the historic part of the city. Most interesting spots are within walking distance and 3 different buses routes to get to other parts of downtown. Shared showers were comfortable, had hot water and was really clean! Wi-fi worked pretty well in my room. The front desk staff was really friendly and helpful. My only issue with it was that there's no elevator. After spending the day walking up and down hills, it wasn't comforting to have to climb a lot of stairs. My room was 3rd floor and the kitchen was in the basement, for example.

We are a modern Hostel located in the beautiful Rockies. We offer dormitories and private rooms set up for a exceptionally comfortable stay. Located in the Shops of Canmore, we are perfectly situated close to so many great amenities and a quick walk to downtown!
Great hostel. Everything is really well thought-out: lots of kitchen supplies and fridge space, clean bathrooms, comfortable beds, convenient lockers, a shelf and ledge in each bed, etc. The common space is great for relaxing and chatting, with beautiful views of the rockies.

The HI Montreal Hostel is dedicated to making you discover the best of the city! We’re not only centrally located in downtown Montreal, close to Irish pubs, supermarkets, microbreweries, restaurants, a pool hall and even an all-you-can-eat Indian buffet, but we also organize several daily activities, such as pubcrawls, urban walks, skating and much more!
HI Montreal were so incredible kind throughout my whole stay. Place is clean, nice and tidy - breakfast is pretty average but definitely enough to make you full. On my last night I stayed in a 10-dorm mixed, and went down in the middle the night to see if I could purchase another room only with females for the last few hours to get some sleep as I had a very very heave snorrer. They re-booked me without charge for the rest of the night. I highly recommend staying here in Montreal. It's close to everything. Every single staff was super nice. Thank you so much for acommadating me. I'll definitely be back here when I come back to Montreal.

This is my first time staying in a hostel. I booked a single room with a double mattress. It is definitely a no thrills place but served it’s purpose to lay my head for the night before my flight. It is a bit noisy with the seagulls (close to harbour?? From the trash all over from the homeless?) but nothing my white noise machine didn’t drown out. It is around the corner from the Tim’s which was nice as I got supper and used reset room there. The parking is free on the street Sunday’s till Monday at 8 or 9 am so I didn’t have to pay 15 bucks for the fob. 100 dollar deposit (cash or card) is required on check in but returned. The front door is in constant lockdown so not sure about the other persons review about drug addicts coming and going as that isn’t correct. I felt safe being a single woman. It’s not in the best location for noise and homeless people but it is downtown ??♀️. 20 mins from airport.

Clean, quiet, friendly, and great value. Places like this where you can get a good sleep in your own private room for a reasonable price are few and far between. Perfect location in town, walking distance to everything you need including the microbrasserie and restaurants in Rue Saint-Jean-Baptiste, the beach and to the quay via the Chemin des Soeurs, the art galleries, and even their own museum. Very convenient for hiking in the Parc des Grands Jardins and ZEC des Martres (40km drive). I will come again on my bike, as they are also certified Bienvenue Cyclistes!

Opened in July 2010, the HI Whistler is a purpose-built hostel that was originally used as part of the Whistler Athletes' Village during the 2010 Winter Olympic Games. This brand new facility sets the standard in hostelling with all the amenities you'd expect and then some. There's more to HI Whistler than just a place to sleep. Grab a coffee and snack at Cheaky's Cafe in the hostel lobby, lounge on the outdoor decks with mountain views, store your bike, skis, and boards in the equipment storage room, hang out in the media room with its 52" HDTV and meet some cool new folks over a free game of pool in the lounge.
Overall, our stay at HI Whistler was good. Mind you, this is mostly a hostel, but we opted for the single bed room. A decision I’d recommend for most, unless you’re really trying to save money. The room was clean, the bed fairly comfortable, and the bathroom had the basics. Now, for the price point, it was good and you probably shouldn’t expect too much. However, we found things like out-of-stocked vending machines (both food and drink), a lack of extra/thicker bed sheets, and a dismal cafe somewhat disappointing. None of these things make or break our stay, but just things to note. Once again, for the price point you’ll enjoy the stay. The ~30min bus to Whistler is simple enough and you can use that saved money on food.

Auberge Jeunesse a LouLou is a youth Hostel offering quality lodging at economical price. You will find freindly athmosphere in this newly renovated Hostel. We offer beds in private rooms, intimate dorms and group dorms. A kitchen is at your disposition and you can share your meal with all the freinds in our big dinning room. If you prefer, just relax while we cook you a good home made complete meal. You can also take advantage of the great patio with its 40 seated places. Want a place to relax and discuss with others? The large living room is the ideal place for that.We have 5 rooms for up to 3 persons, 1 room for 2, 2 intimate dorms for 4 persons, 1 mix dorm for 6 and 1 for 10 and 1 ladies dorm for 8 persons.
In a way, this hostel has way more to offer than a regular hotel/motel. You can use their kitchen to cook, do laundry, hang out in the common area...etc. Since this is a backpacker's hostel, you would have to make your own bed and take off the sheets when you are done with your stay. This is totally fine. Very economical as it is low cost with great value in my opinion! Hosts are very welcoming, attentive to your questions, and provide lots of care to you. Love what they have done to the place! Definitely give this place a try! Ditch the luxurious/normal hotels that everyone goes to.
