Within easy reach of the M3 and A303, Launceston Farm is the ideal location for family holidays, get togethers and celebrations for large groups. All three properties at Launceston Farm are dog friendly and family friendly. With an indoor swimming pool and sauna, stunning walled gardens and only a short drive from the coast, we have all the ingredients for your perfect holiday. Launceston Farmhouse is available to rent exclusively on a self-catering basis for week long stays and short breaks. The Farmhouse comfortably sleeps 12 in six ensuite bedrooms making it perfect for extended family groups and large parties. Travel cots can also be provided. The two smaller cottages - The Bothy and Flint - both sleep 2 (plus infant) and have their own courtyard gardens with outdoor bateau baths. The extensive walled gardens and orchard with play area provide a haven for children of all ages and the indoor pool and sauna will provide a source of entertainment whatever the weather. Catering can be arranged on site by the owners - rustic Farmhouse three course meals using fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced from the farm whenever possible - or take the five minute walk to the Award Winning village pub.

Self Catering accommodation in converted barns at East Trenean Farm near Looe, Cornwall. We are open year round with short breaks available outside of the peak periods. The Corn Barn sleeps 8 people in four bedrooms. The Threshing Barn sleeps 6 people in three bedrooms. The Water Mill sleeps 4 in two bedrooms and the Linhay sleeps 2 in one very spacious bedroom. All the barns have been recently converted and offer exceptionally comfortable accommodation. We are not a working farm, but we do have our own chickens (providing truly free range eggs) and sheep in the fields (most of the time). We have a great 8 person hot tub in the grounds with fabulous views down the valley and a distant glimpse of the sea. This is a great place for a relaxing break with family or friends. However, we don't accept bookings from groups looking for a party venue !

Worswell Barton is a hidden gem,on a working National Trust Farm, situated the peninsula of Noss Mayo, surrounded by the South Devon Coastal Path, 10 Minutes walk from the National Trust Warren Car Park, and 20 minutes walk from Village of Noss Mayo, Via Hannaford Lane , which is only a footpath NOT a road.With 4 rooms over looking lush fields often with livestock, GARA - Double en-suite, GUNROW - Double en-suite, BLACKSTONE - Twin/Double with private shower and shared toilet, CELLARS - Small double with private in room shower and shared toilet.Breakfast is mainly home produced, with Sausages and Bacon, from the farm Pigs, which are kept over the winter and feed on our veggies, and Eggs from Hens just doing as they please, Home-made Yoghurt and Fresh fruit are always on the Menu,we will also accommodate any special diets, with prior notice and always have a vegetarian option. Higher Shippen Cottage sleeps 6-8 ideal for groups, available on short breaks self catering or Bed and Breakfast.We have many hidden coves and beaches, close by and a little further on, with Dartmoor about 12 miles away.

North Bradbury Farm offers child friendly, family farm holidays in the heart of North Devon. Situated between South Molton ‘The gateway to Exmoor’ and the pretty village of Chittlehampton, North Bradbury Farm is located in the countryside with stunning south facing views. We have two self catering cottages. Swimming pool , farm shop , three play areas, utility room , 10 acres to explore. Twice daily animal feeding , optional pony rides and clay pigeon shooting.

Leigh House offers boutique self catering in two period properties. The Barn is an 18th Century barn and hayloft conversion and has 4 double and one twin room all ensuite. It is sympathetically decorated throughout in a French Farmhouse style with a bit of an English twist! The Bake House is a 15th Century cottage with stone floors and walls offering one large triple room (king and a single) and a double room sharing a bathroom. Both properties sit around a courtyard with the main house and work beautifully as either single dwelling or with up to 15 guests shared between them. The extensive grounds are beautifully landscaped and the Bake House has its own walled Victorian garden with rose arbours and a pottager. The former Dairy has been converted to a large gym and games room overlooking the paddock and has a beautiful sauna to relax in and offers guests unlimited usage.Guests are welcomed on check in usually with home made scones and jam, perhaps some eggs from the hens or a basket of produce from the garden. Linen changes are offered for stays of 11 days or more.
