Le camere e la suite, climatizzate e arredate individualmente, sono pensate come "vetrina" del territorio e tematizzate sui prodotti tipici più importanti della nostra Regione. Dall’olio al grano, dalla Tintilia alla Pampanella, le stanze presentano elementi d’arredo originali, come botti di vino o antichi contenitori d’olio e grano; alcune con soffitto con travi di legno a vista, altre con pavimenti originali, altre ancora con camino e vasca freestanding. Essentia Dimora Rurale è un’azienda agricola in cui si producono grani antichi, farine, pane, pasta, pomodori, legumi ed Olio extravergine. Per gli ospiti della struttura si organizzano colazioni nel giardino con i prodotti aziendali e cene degustative su prenotazione. Propone diverse attività: tour in Ebike, esperienze contadine, noleggio di bici ed escursioni a cavallo. Essentia è inoltre il punto di partenza ideale per scoprire la costa, con Termoli e le Isole Tremiti, e l'immediato entroterra con borghi come Larino.
