Nearly crossing northern Italy from the Adriatic Sea westward, Emilia-Romagna gets its name from Via Emilia, the Rimini-to-Piacenza ancient Roman road it straddles. With a rich mix of age-old agriculture and modern industry, the region is home to many historic and cultural gems, both in its larger towns like Bologna, Modena and Ravenna, as well as in its many small hilltop villages. Of course, the region’s best offerings also include native culinary wonders like parmigiano cheese and tortellini.

The company, which is located about 20 minutes from the center of Bologna extends for about 50 hectares in the municipality of Bologna and Pianoro and near the Park of Paleotto. The house stands in replacement of an existing farmhouse dating from the mid nineteenth century, while fully respecting the architectural constraints of the rural area.On the upper floors the farm has 10 rooms with a total of 23 beds.TV, free WIFI, hairdryer in the bathroom are the amenities that our guests will have during their stay, also two rooms for disabled completely under, and free of architectural barriers. The hearty buffet breakfasts are characterized by our products and pastries, such as cakes and pies made with our jams. The lucky green location just steps from the city, the porch with views of the hills, healthy breakfast, quiet walks in the woods and the outdoors, this is what the visitor finds for holiday and relaxation where the integrates nature is completed with close proximity to many places to discover.
Stayed for 3 nights for our honeymoon. The setting is beautiful and very peaceful. It’s situated a little outside Bologna but it’s very easy to get to the town centre - would recommend a car to get around but we did walk to the nearby village to get a train into Bologna on one occasion (pretty easy but requires a bit of walking), then had a taxi back in the evening. Giulio, the host, is very kind and funny and made us feel welcome, and his English is brilliant. The room was lovely and clean. The best bit: the food. The food served in the restaurant is superb - we had delicious local dishes, sumptuous steaks, pastas, risotto, great desserts - and it’s served in a really relaxed setting with great wine that is made on site! Highly recommend!

We have been at The restaurant for sunday lunch. We ate in The garden, which is pretty. The athmosphere is very relaxed, The staff are very nice and welcoming. The dishes are prepared mainly with what they have on The farm: fresh vegetables, erbs, fruit, and also some od The meat. The dishes are quite simple, nothing sophisticated: their strenght is The quality Of The ingredients. Maybe The portions are a bit small, but that's about The only criticism I have!

We stayed one night here and enjoyed the wonderful location, directly on the river bank of the river Po, in an old farmhouse, combined with an excellent dinner. The room was perfect, the view astounding, and the food marvellous. A really good place to stay, and a very friendly staff as well.

Discover the history, the nature and the taste of the local products, feasts and events with care for details. The farm stay (agriturismo) “i Quercioli” is immersed in the countryside near Parma, starting point for visits to the city, for discovering the hills of the most famous “Food Valley” and events in the Parma fairs. In the park of the farm stay, the swimming pool, set amongst old cedar trees, and the sunbath area with barbecue.
We really enjoyed our stay! The site of the accommodation is amazing and the swimming pool is just perfect. Rooms are very big and contain everything we needed. Location is 15 minutes away from the centre of Parma and there is a lot to do nearby. The gentleman who runs the B&B is always there to help if you need it. Really recommended stay.

The farm is derived from the careful restoration of an old house and conducts accommodation in 5 double rooms and two apartments with fully equipped kitchenette, with the possibility of having half board. Linked to the activity of this property is in a business point of sale of farm produce and a processing workshop where you can taste and buy the vegetable sauces and jams made by us with the produce grown in the garden and the orchard.
We only wanted to stop for a glass of wine and had a very lovely evening. Great wine and food as well as very hospitable, cordial and attentive owners. The whole place seems newly renovated and very well-kept overall. Would definitely come back!

We stayed here for 4 nights with our son & his wife & had a delightful time. The place was clean, comfortable & very friendly. The family work very hard to ensure everyone is taken care of and the food is fantastic! My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the garden is very overgrown, so lying by the pool in the garden area carries a high risk of being bitten & stung by many insects. Otherwise, we loved it there.

Arrived here with hope that it would be as good our agriturismo accommodation the previous night. We were not disappointed. In fact in many ways it was much better. The location is a little difficult to find, but once found we were rewarded with a beautifully kept farmhouse and environs as well as warm friendly and welcoming hosts. The room was large and as good as any 5 star hotel and to top it off Maria did our washing as part of the service! This is a warm friendly family sharing their working farm. It was so good we decided to stay again on our return journey when we enjoyed a repeat of our previous experience. I unhesitatingly recommend Agriturismo Da Luca.

A quiet and beautiful room in an ancient hamlet in the hill of Brisighella, surrounded by vineyards and trees.
What a magical place this is! Nestled in a small valley, 5 min drive from Brisighella, or a 15 min walk. 3 very well appointed rooms await you and the warm hospitality of Marco and his family. Setting, the building was built in the 13th century and comprises the main accommodation (3 bedrooms) and a Chapel with authentic frescos and high ceilings. They are literally building a swimming pool right now which should be ready for July! To the north and west, the grounds are full of vineyards and you can sample the very tasty red wine for €10. Communal areas are available to use anytime you wish, the Chapel and lounge area. A fridge is there to use if you need it. The rooms. We had the room on the south wall with 3 windows. I think it's the largest and we loved it. High ceilings, a round lovely window and separate large bathroom. The shower was exceptional, loved it's space and power. The bed was firm, which we much prefer. A choice of pillows to use. The furniture is antique and quirky. Not 100% practical for storage, however it does the room perfectly and we loved its look. We decided to open the windows and leave them open and we didn't need the AC at all. Breakfast, is served between 8:30 and 10:30. Yoghurt, cereal, bread, croissants, marmalade, honey, fruit, juices and lovely, much needed coffee. Nothing was too much trouble and we even tried fried flowers a delicacy only available for 1 week of the year. Talking with Marco, we had a lovely time understanding the passion they have for this place. It was wonderful and they are great hosts. This is a good base to see the area, Bologna is 1 hour as is Ravenna. San Marino is 1.5 hours drive. Plenty of small Appenine hilltop villages to explore nearby as well as lovely Brisighella. Overall fantastic value for money and a wonderful experience. We would love to return someday! Thank you
