The brightest stars of Los Baleares are Majorca, Ibiza and peaceful Minorca. Situated between France and Africa, the archipelago's islands each have distinct characters. Majorca is the most developed and offers a mass of hotels, fast food joints and crowded beaches. Ibiza is loved by a hard partying set, including many gay visitors. It is also increasingly popular with upscale travelers, drawn by the chameleon island's reputation as "the new Provence." Pick an island and stake a claim on its sand.

Dating from 1784, Son Siurana is set in grounds of more than 100 hectares amongst almond and fig trees and a pasture where sheep are free to graze. Son Siurana invites its guests to feel at home in a high quality finca with modern conveniences whilst enjoying authentic Mallorcan country life. Amongst beautiful countryside, terrace, gardens and a swimmingpool, you will enjoy a wonderful relaxing holiday. Within the grounds there are long walks with many paths affording magnificent views. Depending on the season, guests will be able to pick up organic fruit and vegetables from the garden The houses and junior suites are decorated in typical Mallorcan style, featuring handmade ceramics and rustic antique furniture. The accommodation comprises houses and apartments for 2 or 4 persons and junior suites.
A stunning boutique country escape in a lovely quiet part of Majorca. The premises are rustic and charming with plenty of space and fresh air and a few sheep for good measure. Just what we needed for a short getway from city life! Our spacious room was typical finca style with antique furnishings, a little terrace and wonderful views of wildflowers and trees. Some people might think it's a little dated, but we liked the simple Spanish style decor and appreciated that we had decent wifi and air conditioning. The pool area is pleasant with a few pool toys for kids, and we never had to share the space with too many people which was nice. There are also several quiet spots where you can lounge or snooze around the gardens. And in the main farmhouse there are comfortable chairs in the cool and the shade if you want somewhere quiet to read. Unfortunately we arrived too late for lunch and couldn’t try the restaurant food, but the hotel is only about 7-8 minutes drive from a large supermarket, so we picked up provisions and made lunch on our private terrace. The breakfast was simple with lots of breads and cakes. It was nice to sit under the terrace and enjoy our coffee outdoors. The service was very friendly and all staff were helpful and efficient. I think this is a great hotel for couples or families who want a peaceful relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle of touristy Palma. You can easily come to Son Siurana and just chill! There’s nothing within walking distance, so make sure to hire a car if you plan to go to beaches or restaurants.

The last generation of Pons Moncada family reconverted the Finca Son Alzines into an agroturism. This finca belonged to the family since 1428. We now proudly welcome guests all around the globe in our freshly renovated apartments with breathtaking views. Our guests can enjoy a land of over 350 hectares for relaxing walk, or access directly to the most demanding hiking routes on the island. Every morning, freshly prepared breakfast is waiting our guests. We do our best to offer local or even self made products, like our jams, olive oil or self baked bread and pastries. In the evening, our terrace in the summer or the warmth of our fireplace in the winter will make the perfect scene for a romantic dinner or for families with kids playing around the house or sleeping in the apartments!
I've stayed here with a large (17) group and my family and now a small group of friends. Always a real treat. It's a very special place to relax and take in the tramuntana from within. Warm. Welcome lovely rooms and great local food and wine. What more could you ask for? ?

Ca’n Gaia is a rustic finca situated on the south east of Mallorca between the beautiful fishing village of Porto Colom and Cala D’or. The original building dates back to 1773 and a lot of the original features have been kept. The gardens and terraces have a special tranquility and a morning walk through the lemon and orange groves is a must. At Ca’n Gaia there are twelve spacious bedrooms all with private bathrooms, they are tastefully decorated in an authentic mallorquin style. The rooms have been restored maintaining their traditional style and carácter. The gardens and terraces have a special tranquility, and a morning walk through the lemon and orange groves is a must. Or you can just sit down and relax in one of the many quiet corners Ca´n Gaià has to offer. And you are able to relax at a sun bed near the pool or enjoy the Jacuzzi with a glass of wine The included organic breakfast will be served in the dining room with homegrown and local products.
We had very high expectations of this hotel, however they were not met at all.. When arriving, we did not receive any explanation about the hotel (where the pool is, breakfast time, lunch/dinner possibilities etc). We just sat there for 45min without any explanation, waiting for our room to be ready. Felt super strange. The room was very disappointing. This is an agriculturo so I understand that all rooms differ, but when you are promised a 30m2 room with a bath tub in typical Mallorcan style and you get the choice between a super small room with a very limited amount of natural light or a giant room with dead spiders at the wall and only white Ikea furniture, you tend to get very disappointed. We got upgraded to another room the second night, which was a nice gesture, but our stay was ruined already and that did not make up for it.. There were also toothpaste stains in the sink of that second room. Felt quite unhygienic, especially in COVID times. Given they washed away quite easily, it only showed that the room was not properly cleaned. The breakfast had a lot of options but did not feel super fresh. The pool was nice.

Welcome to the agrotourism in Ibiza, in a rural and charming hotel called Can Cosmi Prats.Alone travellers, couples or families looking for a magical and relaxing break in Ibiza are welcomed. The hotel has got a nice outdoor dining room and a community hall, as well as a beautiful garden and a swimming pool where it is possible to relax enjoying the freetime. Furthermore, you can walk the land it owns the farm, surrounded by fruit trees, and visit our organic garden where all the ingredientsfor our breakfast come from. Our agroturism hotel has got Wi-Fi connection and a barbecue for common use. Every room includes a television and air conditioning with a private bathroom. Our suite also counts with a private terrace and "king size" bed. Within the hotel, you can celebrate all kinds of events such as first communions, weddings, baptisms, birthdays...
It's a small and cozy gem of agroturismo with a lovely pool area and super friendly staff (special mention to Charo and the young Indian gentleman in charged of the breakfast). Anais, the owner/manager is very responsive too. The rooms are decorated with a rather simple yet tasteful touch. The location is ideal, right in the centre of the island, making it very easy to reach nearly all beaches and coves of Ibiza. This is my third time in the property and have no desire to stay anywhere else in the future.

I stayed there with my sister for 4 nights and we were very disappointed by the behaviour of the owner ! When we arrived he was nice but then he didn't know anything about Mallorca at all, and he told us that it was ok for us to print our boarding passes and at the last minute he said no the printer is broken ! Weird when it's working for our bill ! The breakfast is open from 8.30am and 3 mornings out of the 4 we spent, the breakfast was late opening. Very bad breakfast, nothing is fresh or homemade! The swimming pool wan't clean when we went there (3 times). I just don't recommend this place, it wasn't like we expected at all.

The hotel is a farm located to 5 km from Mahon. It's a typical Menorquin building with 8 rooms, each different and charming equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay: TV, private bathroom, hairdryer, towels, safe... The farm is working nowadays and has archeological remains. Garden and swimming-pool.
Down a unmade-up lane, first thoughts were “what have we done” but once inside we met Luis, the owner who put us at ease immediately. As we arrived after midday, he had kept some breakfast for us. His English is good, as we found as he explained all the amenities. He was helped by Maria Antonia, who was charming, and advised us on places to visit. Our room was always immaculately cleaned each day, with clean bedding and towels every 3 days. We usually made our evening meals in the well appointed kitchen, after labeling all our stuff in the fridge with room number. We met some delightful people staying there; we stayed two weeks so for us there was a regular change. If you want peace and calm in a lovely island, in well appointed accommodation, then this could be the place for you. It is off the main road, about two miles from Mao, with a sharp turn off ( look for the yellow sign on the right after 5km sign). Muchas Gracias Luis y Maria Antonia

Es Mirador de Can Prats is an agrotourism located in Sant Carles de Peralta. The farm is on a hill, surrounded by nature and offers its guests great views of the mountains, the sea and the island of Formentera. Each room has a private bathroom, TV and air conditioning. Great to go hiking or biking. Just 2 km from Hippy market Las Dalias and 10 minutes by car from Hippy market Punta Arabi.
Worst place I've been to in Ibiza, and -on top of that- overpriced. They are making money on 2 old rooms. The surroundings are the typical middle of nowhere Ibiza country charm, but this can not 'safe' this accommodation. The fact that the amenities were closed when we were there (winter season) does not help either, but this place is not worthy of my beloved Ibiza.

Enjoy one of the quietest areas of Ibiza, the north of the island, San Carlos and San Juan, they are characterized by its tranquility and beauty. In this farmhouse you can take a fabulous walk between fig trees, carob, almond and pine trees. View at sunset giving a relaxing dip in the pool with the hot Ibiza sunshine and when you wake up, enjoy reading a good book in the shade under a typical Ibizan porch, or enjoy an evening barbecue under the impressive mantle sky stars San Carlos ... Discover the essence of Ibiza, discover the valley, discover Agroturismo Morna.
I had a pleasant holiday at Morna home, surrounded by a natural environment you can enjoy a quiet and relax time in Ibiza. Sonia and her family were very kind, her dad surprised me every morning with different treats from his garden, like grapes, eggs and fresh figs :) Las dalias, a traditional market in Ibiza is just around the corner and stunning beaches just 15 min driving.
