Have you been dreaming of your own piece of paradise? Well this luxury resort in Croatia is the place where your dreams will become reality. A luxury apartment awaits you directly by the sea, in the heart of the Falkensteiner Punta Skala Resort. You can choose from four different apartment layouts, with a range in size between 40-100 m². Within the resort you have plenty of possibilities to dine out: for example at steakhouse Planika, at fish restaurant Bracera or in hotel restaurants in neighbouring hotels Diadora or Iadera!
We had a wonderful family holiday of 10 days at the Falkensteiner Senia (Apartment C). The apartments are wonderful and the whole ressort is perfect for a relaxed vacation. It is not the cheapest option but definitely worth the money. We did cook mainly for ourselves and used the restaurants only 3 times. We left fully relaxed.

Mira is a wonderfull host and does everything for her guests. She gives advise for trips to visit. Brings every morning a fantastic breakfast to your room. The apartments are big with everyting in you needed and more, and also with a nice view from the balcony. We loved our stay very much.

We stayed at House Novalia for 7 nights as we were going to Sonus Festival at Zcre beach. It was a really handy location for the festival as the bus stop was at the bottom of the road. The hotel had emailed us when we booked offering to pick us up from the airport which was really handy as it was an hour and a half away. We were checked in quickly and shown to our room on arrival. First impressions of the hotel were it was nice, modern and clean. The room was also modern and clean. Breakfast was open til 11 which we preferred as some hotels breakfast is far to early. The pool was nice, was never too busy and could always get a sunbed. It was a short walk to the beach and town. The owners and staff were lovely and always helpful and made us feel welcome during our stay. Overall we could not fault anything and would definitely recommend staying here!

We have just got back from a week long stay at Nediljko and had an amazing time! The rooms are basic but work really well. If you are thinking about going, ask for the sea view room because the views are amazing! Excellent air con and a large comfortable bed. Good hot shower but it is a hand held shower. The village of Bibinje is a lovely little village and the apartments are only 5 minutes away from the centre and 10-15 minutes away from the beach. The beach is a pebble beach but the views are worth it. There is also a bus to Zadar from the centre which only costs £1 one way and is worth visiting. There are a number of apartments in this area but the service, views and friendly (albeit basic English but better than my Croatian!) welcoming would put them above the others. They offer free transfers to and from the airport when you stay for 7 days! Also, we arrived after the supermarkets had closed so the owner gave us some beers so we had something to drink and in the morning, to say thank you, he gave us some home grown tomatoes! We will DEFINITELY be staying again!

This is an absolute gem of a family run apartment hotel which delivers at the highest level of excellence. The apartments are spacious and well kitted out providing everything you could wish for if you wish to self cater, (apart from the food for which you have to travel to the supermarket in Novalja some 11km / 15 minutes drive away.) But why bother, when the restaurant is open from 12 noon onwards for a la carte dishes etc and bbq 'under the bell' dishes which you have to order the day before. But all the dishes are delicious, great chef. Great local wine and draught beer, and a great range of ice creams too, all at great prices. The rooms, hotel and grounds are kept scrupulously clean by the lovely friendly staff and if you want for anything just ask, and they'll get it if they can. The sea is 10 metres away from the hotel and although a bit stony to get in it turns to sand within a few metres. There are however lots of urchins around on the rocks and the jetty so reef shoes are advised. The sea is beautifully clear and the swimming in the bay is just lovely, particularly first thing before breakfast...There is also a medium sized swimming pool which is fresh water and lovely and warm. Loungers are plentiful and beach towels provided free of charge or deposit. There is a safe provided in the room but it was portable as it had not been bolted down! Security just did not feel like an issue though so we were not bothered. It is situated in a remote little bay north of Novalja and is idyllic. If you want nightlife then Zrce beach euphoria is the other side of Novalja 15 minutes drive away, but there is nothing other than serenity at the hotel. Perfect. There are some things to do around and about; the olive farm in Lun, the Pag cheese factory in Korun, and Novalja itself with its underground aquaduct. Nothing spectacular but interesting if just chilling out is not your thing. We spent four nights here and were sad to leave, it is just so tranquil and relaxing and nothing is too much trouble. We just loved this hotel and love Croatia and the Croatians. For once I have not a thing adverse to say, not even a nit to pick...we just ❤️❤️❤️ed it. Just go there, I defy you not to love it like we did.

Could not recommend this place any more!! Loved staying here. We had an unfortunate stay in a hostel and managed to book Villa Novak in the space of an afternoon. The guy who owns it (sorry can't remember your first name) could not have been any more accommodating. Felt really looked after and safe everything about the apartment was explained to us, he told us everywhere to go in Zcre beach even the times to go at. One of the best customer service I've ever received. The apartment itself is spotless, has everything you need, fridge, cooker, dishwasher, microwave. Air conditioning in all the rooms and the beds were massive and really comfy We had a wrap around balcony and were at the top so the view was amazing. 5 star review, 5 star apartment and 5 star service!! Highly recommend this especially to a group of girls you will be well looked after!!

Great location, nice view and comfortable bed. Airconditioning works.well and cools the room quickly which is a must on the warm summer months. Bathroom is nice however the shower needs a door because of water splashing out. That is however our only remark. Great place for the price to stay in central Zadar.

Sunnyside Apartments Petrcane consist of 128 apartments divided in 5 different categories from 45 m2 to 70 m2, beach area with outdoor pool, restaurant and children's playground. All apartments are modern and fully equipped with kitchen, living room and dining area. The living room sofa bed also provides additional sleeping place for one or two persons.
The apartment, pool, location and staff were all fantastic. I would recommend Sunnyside to anyone in heartbeat. Zadar is also amazing, the sea organ is magical and have completely fallen in love with the country and it's people.

This was a great place to stay just across the bridge from the City walls, which takes you to lots of thing to see. It was very clean and Danny was very helpful. Very comfy bed and the extra kitchen was great. The bakery was just across the rd from the apartment and did lovely food. Danny can organize the trips out as well

We stayed 6 days and we were not disappointed. It was clean with a stunning balcony facing the sea, we enjoyed breakfast out side almost every day. Lydia was very friendly and welcoming she had a starter pack in the fridge eggs/orange juice and beer which was lovely of her to do, she also made us apple turnover for dessert one evening which was much appreciated she gave us her contact number so we could ask her for anything that we needed. I would definitely recommend this place and can't wait to go again. Thank you for making our first visit to Croatia Split so enjoyable.
