With its Roman ruins, art installations, and white-sand beach, Zadar is one of the most unique resorts along Croatia’s Dalmatian coast, where in-the-know travelers come to feast on seafood, watch dreamy sunsets, and sip cocktails at oceanside bars.

VIlla Julian was built in 2003 and from the beginning has acquired a good reputation. The Villa has 8 units, 4 standard double rooms, 3 large double rooms and 1 suite. Property is located in the western part of the city calld Borik which has a long tradition of tourism. It is only 10 minutes walk from the sea and local beaches. The neighborhood has plenty of restaurants and bars and shops. The city center is easily accessible by public transport. We offer private or group excursions with our boat or a comfortable ride on our jet ski. All rooms at the Villa are modern and equipped with all the standard needs. Breakfast is served in our garden by the pool or in your room upon request. Our friendly staff with me will do our best to make your stay as comfortable and fun.
Trip was cancelled due to COVID-19 restrictions, notified hotel, requesting full refund on May 17, 2 month prior to visit. Hotel refused to refund money. I think it is not a best practice to collect money without providing service.

Set right next to Zadar's Pedestrian Bridge which leads directly to the marvelous Old Town, The Bridge Luxury Apartments feature modern air-conditioned interiors equipped with free Wi-Fi and 3D Smart TV with internet access. The most popular Old Town sights are within easy walking distance. Overlooking the sea and the Old Town harbor from their large windows, these luxurious studios have modern hand-made furniture, designer details and floor heating. The en-suite bathrooms each have a rain and massage shower, and you can also enjoy the oval bath in the living area.
The location is wonderful - right next to the pedestrian bridge. Very cozy apartment - it was great to have laundry access and a kitchen during our stay. Good for couples and was very clean. We would stay there again and highly recommend!

We stayed at a 2 bedroom apartment for 6 nights and it was really comfortable. We had 3 balconies, the store was close, the beach was close as well, and the hostess was really helpful & kind she told us about the best sights and places in Zadar.

We had to get an appartement because our van broke down. Found this and it was an absolute great choice. The appartements are super clean, renovated, and very well equipped. The owner is super friendly, helpful and tries to arrange everything. Not far from the center and the shops are very close. I definitely recommend it here.

We have just got back from a week long stay at Nediljko and had an amazing time! The rooms are basic but work really well. If you are thinking about going, ask for the sea view room because the views are amazing! Excellent air con and a large comfortable bed. Good hot shower but it is a hand held shower. The village of Bibinje is a lovely little village and the apartments are only 5 minutes away from the centre and 10-15 minutes away from the beach. The beach is a pebble beach but the views are worth it. There is also a bus to Zadar from the centre which only costs £1 one way and is worth visiting. There are a number of apartments in this area but the service, views and friendly (albeit basic English but better than my Croatian!) welcoming would put them above the others. They offer free transfers to and from the airport when you stay for 7 days! Also, we arrived after the supermarkets had closed so the owner gave us some beers so we had something to drink and in the morning, to say thank you, he gave us some home grown tomatoes! We will DEFINITELY be staying again!

The location is great, close to the seafront and the centre of town. Our room was pretty, clean, spacious and at very quite at night. We found a wellcome bottle of maraschino in the fridge. Overall, a highly recommended accomodation in Zadar.

This was a great place to stay just across the bridge from the City walls, which takes you to lots of thing to see. It was very clean and Danny was very helpful. Very comfy bed and the extra kitchen was great. The bakery was just across the rd from the apartment and did lovely food. Danny can organize the trips out as well
